 COMPLY WITH CODE REQUIREMENTS.FOR
 EXAMPLE:
 A. THE PROPOSED COMPACT SPACES, EXCEED
 THE 30 PERCENT ALLOWED;AND,
 B.SMALL AND STANDARD PARKING SPACES
 SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED EQUALLY THROUGHOUT
 A PARKING LOT, AND THE CITY ENGINEER
 SHALL REVIEW THE DESIGN OF ALL PROPOSED
 PARKING FACILITIES TO ENSURE THAT THE
 INTENT OF THIS SECTION IS SATISFIED.
 CONTACT THE CITY ENGINEER TO COORDINATE
 AND PROVIDE A LETTER FROM THEM STATING
 THAT THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN
 SATISFIED.

 DISABLED PARKING SPACES PROPOSED DOES
 NOT COMPLY.THERE ARE FIVE (5) REQUIRED

 IN ADDITION, THE LOCATION OF THE SPACES
 SHALL BE LOCATED SO THAT USERS ARE NOT
 COMPELLED TO WALK OR OTHERWISE MOVE
 BEHIND PARKED VEHICLES.WHY ARE THESE
 SPACES LOCATED ACROSS DRIVE AISLES
 INSTEAD OF CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE
 BUILDING ACCESS? REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4.THE TYPICAL PARKING DETAIL DOES NOT
 COMPLY WITH THE STALL PAINTING DETAIL IN
 SECTION 94-485 (PAGE CD94:272).THE
 BOTTOM STRIPPING DETAIL NEEDS TO BE
 SQUARED-OFF.IN ADDITION, THERE NEEDS
 TO BE TWO (2)FEET CLEARANCE FOR VEHICLE
 OVERHANG, REFER TO DETAIL IN SECTION
 94-443 (PAGE CD94:253).
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-486(O) PAGE
 CD 94:274 OF THE CODE,THE SITE PLAN
 DOES NOT SHOW OR ALLOCATE THE REQUIRED
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES.
  
 6.PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(E)PAGE CD
 94:254 OF THE CODE, AT LEAST 30 PERCENT
 OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR
 OF ALL COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE
 PLANTED WITH TREES, SHRUBS OR HEDGES;
 THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN DOES NOT COMPLY
 WITH THE REQUIRED FOUNDATION PLANTING.
  
 7.PROVIDE CALCULATIONS OF OPEN SPACE
 AND LANDSCAPE PERCENTAGE FOR THIS
 (HOTEL) SITE.
  
 8.PROVIDE THE SITE DATA ON PLANS (I.E.
 BUILDING COVERAGE, SETBACKS, PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS, DENSITY CALCULATIONS.
 SITE PLAN NEEDS TO MATCH THE APPROVED
 SITE PLAN OF RECORD.
  
 9. IDENTIFY THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE
 DINING AREAS, KITCHENS, BARS, LOUNGES
 AND MEETING ROOMS. PROVIDE INFORMATION
 ON SITE DATA TABLE.
