 IS REQUIRED TO APPROVE THE ALTERATION
 AND RELOCATION OF PARKING, DUMPSTER,
 POOL AND LANDSCAPING.
  
 2. A COPY OF THE RECORDED PLAT WITH THE
 FOLLOWING CONDITIONS IS REQUIRED:
 A. TRACT C, LAKE, AND TRACT D, ROAD,
 MUST REMAIN IN COMMON OWNERSHIP OF THE
 OWNERS OF TRACT A, COURTNEY LAKES, AND
 TRACT B, HOTEL.
 B. PERPETUAL EASEMENTS FOR INGRESS,
 EGRESS, DRAINAGE AND COMMON AREA
 MAINTENANCE MUST EXIST BETWEEN ALL
 PARCELS.
 C. A PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT FOR THE LAKE
 PATH IS REQUIRED.
  
 3. A SITE DATA SHEET IS REQUIRED, THE
 SHEET MUST IDENTIFY THE SQUARE FOOTAGE
 OF THE DINING AREAS, KITCHENS, BARS,
 LOUNGES AND MEETING ROOMS.
  
 4. NONE OF THE HOTEL'S AMENITIES MAY BE
 ADVERTISED TO THE PUBLIC.
  
 5.CAN NOT PLACE A TRANSFORMER IN A
 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE ISLAND.
  
 6. MAY NOT HAVE MORE THAN 10 PARKING
 SPACES IN ONE ROW.
