 1) THERE SEEMS TO BE A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY FROM RESIDENTIAL TO
 COMMERCIAL. IF THIS IS THE CASE, THE
 FOLLOWING WILL BE REQUIRED.
 A. SUBMIT A FLOOR PLAN SHOWING ALL
 EXISTING FIXTURES. SECTION 104.2.1.
 B. PLEASE INDICATE THE OCCUPANCY OF THE
 BUILDING. WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS WILL BE
 IN THE BUILDING.
 C. FOR BUSINESS OCCUPANCY A DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN IS REQUIRED. TABLE 403.1 -
 SUBMIT A DETAIL SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTIONS 11-4.15 & ALL SUBSECTIONS AS
 WELL AS 11-4.1.3(10)(A) PROVISIONS FOR
 THOSE WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY BENDING OR
 STOOPING.
 D. SUBMIT A DETAIL FOR TOILET/BATHROOM
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING
 SECTIONS. 11-4.16, 11-4.19, AND IF
 FIXTURES ARE PROVIDED 11-4.20 AND/OR
 11-4.21 AND 11-4.22 WITH ALL
 SUBSECTIONS.
 E. IF A KITCHEN/BREAKROOM SINK IS
 PROVIDED, SUBMIT A DETAIL SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 11-4.24 AND ALL
 SUBSECTIONS.
 D. AN RPZ BACKFLOW IS REQUIRED ON THE
 WATER SERVICE TO THE BUILDING.
  
 INFORMATIONAL - ALL TRADES AND BUILDING
 SHALL BE BROUGHT UP TO CODE IF THERE IS
 A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. SEE SECTION 34 OF
 THE BUILDING CODE. MORE COMMENTS MAY BE
 FORTHCOMING WHEN PLANS ARE SUBMITTED.
