 BUILDING CODE IS ASCE 7-98.
  
 4- ROOF SHEATHING SPECS ON SHEET A7 WERE
 CHANGED. FASTENERS WERE CHANGED FROM 8D
 RING SHANK TO 8D COMMON NEED TO REVISE
 AGAIN TO COMPLY WITH TABLE 2306.1 OF
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2001. PREVIOUS
 COMMENT WAS TO SPECIFY FASTENER SPACING
 FOR ZONE 3 AREAS TO COMPLY WITH CITY
 AMENDMENTS. FASTENER SPECIFED AT THAT
 TIME WAS OK.
  
 5- REVISE SPECS FOR CEILING INSTALLATION
 AT ENTRY AND REAR PORCH AS REQ'D BY ASTM
 C926 AND ASTM C1063. FROM PREVIOUS
 COMMENT INFORMATION WAS CHANGED FOR
 POWER ACTUATED FASTENERS, BUT NOR FOR
 HAND NAILED FASTENERS.
  
 6- PROVIDE FLORIDA OR LOCAL PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR:
 A) ENTRY DOORS. FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED IS FOR MODEL FD-6000 VINYL
 INSWING DOOR. DADE COUNTY NOA SUBMITTED
 IS FOR SWD-101 OUTSWING ALUMINUM DOOR.
 NEED MATCHING INFORMATION.

 8- CLARIFY IF USING THE 2ND FLOOR
 FRAMING PLAN AS A DIAPHRAGM TO RESIST
 THE LATERAL LOADS OR NOT. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS
 SHOWING HOW DOES THE STRUCTURE COMPLIES
 WITH SECTIONS 2105 (LATERAL STABILITY)
 AND 2107 (LATERAL SUPPORT) OF FBC 2001.
