 ALSO, REVISE NAILS SPACING. SEE ASTM
 C-926 AND ASTM C-1063. PROVIDE SPECIFIC
 SPECS FOR SIZE AND SPACING.
  
 6- SOIL TEST REPORT RECOMMENDS 18" MIN.
 FOOTING WIDTH AND 16" MIN. FOOTING DEPTH
 BELOW GRADE TO ACHIEVE THE 2500PSF
 BEARING CAPACITY OF THE SOIL. REVISE
 EITHER THE SOIL TEST REPORT OR
 FOUNDATIONS TO MATCH.
  
 7- CLARIFY WHY TIES ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR
