 1) SUBMIT (2) COPIES OF THE USP
 TECHNICAL BULLETINS FOR THE THD210 AND
 THD210-2 MASONRY APPLICATIONS.
  
 2) REVISE THE TRUSS ANCHOR SCHEDULE FOR
 THE THD210 AND THD210-2 CONNECTORS. THE
 NUMBER AND SIZE OF THE FASTENERS MUST BE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE TECHNICAL BULLETINS.
 THE NUMBER AND SPECIFIC LOCATIONS OF THE
 MASONRY SCREWS ARE ESSENTIAL FOR THE
 PROPER PERFORMANCE OF THE HANGERS.
  
 3) SHEET A-8: KEYED DETAILS DON'T MATCH
 THOSE SHOWN ON DETAIL SHEET. REVISE. SEE
 ITEM #4 OF FIRST REVIEW. THE KEY ON A8
 FOR 3/12 IS AT THE WOOD FRAME WALL TO
 MASONRY WALL ATTACHMENTS. DETAIL 3 ON
 SHEET 12 IS FOR LOAD BEARING WALL.
  
 4) ITEM #8 FROM FIRST REVIEW. SUBMIT
 STATE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR STRUCTURAL
 MULLIONS. SPECIFY ON THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL THE MULLION APPLICATION THAT
 WILL BE USED TO MEET THE PRESSURES FOR
 THE OPENING AT THE 12' WIDE SLIDING
 GLASS DOORS.
  
 5) SUBMIT AN ADDITIONAL COPY OF THE
 STAIR SHOP DRAWINGS.
  
 6) THE GUARDRAIL HEIGHT ON DETAIL 3 ON
 A13 HAS BEEN CHANGED BY WHITE OUT AND A
 HANDWRITTEN MEASUREMENT. THIS IS NOT
 ACCEPTABLE. CHANGES TO THE PLANS CAN
 ONLY BE MADE BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 THE GUARDRAILS ARE REQUIRED TO BE A
 MINIMUM OF 36" HIGH PER FBC 1026.5.
 HANDRAILS ARE REQUIRED TO BE NOT LESS
 THAN 34" NOR MORE THAN 38" IN HEIGHT PER
 FBC 1007.5. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) ITEM #5 FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW. SPECIFY
 THE ROOF TILE FASTENING AS REQ'D BY SEC.
 104.2.1.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO 2001 FBC.
 THE REQUIRED AERODYNAMIC UPLIFT MOMENT
 FOR THIS STRUCTURE IS 26.1 FT.LBS.
 SPECIFY THE METHOD OF ATTACHMENT THAT
 WILL BE USED TO RESIST THIS (I.E. THE
 TYPE AND NUMBER OF MECHANICAL FASTENERS
 OR TYPE OF ADHESIVE).
