 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED
 FOR PLUMBING REVISION:
  
 1. PER 104.2.1 REQUIREMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE
 AND RELAVENT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 NOTE: THE SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM
 INDICATED ON SHEET M-2 DOES NOT REFLECT
 THE FLOOR PLAN. THERE ARE 3 BATHROOMS
 AND A BAR LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR
 BUT ALL THE PLUMBING INDICATED ON THE
 SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM IS ON THE FIRST
 FLOOR. PLEASE CORRECT AND SHOW THE
 SANITARY SOIL AND WASTE STACKS TO THE
 SECOND FLOOR PLUMBING IN BATHROOM #2 AND
 3 ROOM #17, BATHROOM #4 ROOM #21,
 BATHROOM #5 ROOM #29 AND THE BAR IN ROOM
 #27.
 2. 708.3.4 BASE OF STACK. A CLEANOUT
 SHALL BE PROVIDED AT THE BASE OF EACH
 WASTE OR SOIL STACK. PLEASE INDICATE
 CLEANOUTS ON CORRECTED DRAWING.
 708.3.5 BUILDING DRAIN AND BUILDING
 SEWER JUNCTION. THERE SHALL BE A
 CLEANOUT NEAR THE JUNCTION OF THE
 BUILDING DRAIN AND THE BUILDING SEWER.
 PLEASE INDICATE CLEANOUT ON DRAWING.
 708.10 ACCESS. ACCESS SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO ALL CLEANOUTS. NOTE CLEANOUT LOCATION
