 RATING INFORMATION FOR OPENINGS AFFECTED
 BY COMMENT #10.EXTERIOR DOORS ARE TO
 BE APPROVED BY HISTORIC PRESERVATION
 DEPARTMENT AS PER LETTER DATED 11/20/03.
  
 7.)THE ENTRY DOOR IS REQUIRED TO HAVE
 A FIRE RATING AND A CLOSER, 1006.2.4.
  
 8.) PROVIDE A SURVEY FOR THIS PROPERTY.
 CHECK FOR FBC TABLE 600 COMPLIANCE
 BEFORE RESUBMITTAL.
  
 9.) BEDROOMS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE
 EMERGENCY EGRESS, FBC1005.4.SHOW
 COMPLIANCE ON THE PLAN (WINDOW TYPE,
 SIZE AND SILL HEIGHT).

 WORK TO INCLUDE ALL WORK REQUIRED.

 ROOF DRAINS AND FBC1503.4.2, OVERFLOW
 DRAINS.YOUR STATEMENT THAT THE WORK
 HAS BEEN COMPLETED IS ACKNOWLEDGED, BUT
 PLEASE SHOW CODE COMPLIANCE AS THIS WORK
 HAS NOT BEEN PERMITTED.
