 (3) THREE SETS OF ALL SAID DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED

 713.13(2) IF THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT IS NOT ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS
 AFTER THE RECORDING THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL &

 CALCULATIONS WERE SUBMITTED, NO SUCH INFORMATION WAS
 SUBMITTED UNDER THIS REVIEW. LOOK FOR MORE COMMENTS AS
 TO THE REQUIREMENTS FROM EACH OF THE TRADES.

 2C) THE COVER SHEET INDICATES THAT INTERIOR DESIGN
 DRAWINGS ARE NOT REQUIRED, THE ONLY INFORMATION
 PROVIDED IS MINIMUM INTERIOR FINISH CLASSIFICATION
 TABLE 803.3. SECTION 803.3.1 THE MINIMUM FLAMESPREAD
 CLASSIFICATION OF INTERIOR FINISH OTHER THAN FLOOR
 FINISH AND FLOOR COVERINGS SHALL BE BASED ON THE USE OR
 OCCUPANCY AS SET FORTH IN TABLE 803.3. NO INFORMATION
 WAS SUPPLIED UNDER THIS REVIEW FOR FLOOR, WALL, TRIM

 BE THE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD?

 TO BE ACCESSIBLE SEATS PLANS INDICATE 170 SEATS OR 9
 ACCESSIBLE SEATS, PLEASE RECOUNT SEATING IT APPEARS
 THAT THERE ARE 146 SEATS REQUIRING 8 ACCESSABLE SEATS.
  
 3C) PLEASE INDICATE THE ACCESIBLE ROUTE FOR THE
 ACCESIBLE SEATING AREAS , THE MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OF AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL BE 36". 11-4.3.3.
  
 3D) CONSTRUCTION NOTE# 5 INDICATES NEW FIXED STOREFRONT
 WITH PRECAST LINTELS. THE PERMITED SET OF PLANS DID NOT
 MENTION ANY WORK ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING.
 PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION AS TO WHERE THE NEW OPENINGS
 AND LINTELS WILL BE INSTALLED. COMPONENTS AND CLADDING,
