 DESIGN.
 - CANTILEVERED BALCONIES SHALL EXTEND NO
 MORE THAN 3 FEET FROM THE BUILDING
 FACADE AND SHALL BE VISIBLY SUPPORTED BY
 BRACKETS.
 - ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE OPERABLE AS HUNG
