 WINDOWS. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) SHOW INSULATION BETWEEN THE GARAGE
 AND THE CONDITIONED SPACE. FBC CHAPTER13
  
 5) SPECIFY THE LOCATION AND SIZE OF THE
 ACCESS TO ATTIC SPACE IN GARAGE AND SIZE
 OF ATTIC ACCESS ON SECOND FLOOR. SEE
 FBC 2309.6.
  
 6) A SECTION A ON A6 IS INDICATED ON THE
 FOUNDATION PLAN ON A2. THERE IS NO PLAN
 SHEET A6. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) SUBMIT ELEVATION DRAWINGS OF THE

 9) SPECIFY THE LOCATIONS AND MATERIAL

 AT THE ENTRY. SHOW DETAIL OF COLUMN CAP
 AND BASE. SPECIFY WELDS, DIMENSIONS,
 FASTENERS, EMBEDMENT, ETC.
  
 11) SHEET A4 SPECIFIES TRUSS CONNECTORS
 EMBEDDED INTO CONCRETE, HOWEVER, THE
 WALL SECTION ON A5 SPECIFIES 2X6 WOOD
 FRAME. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 12) PLEASE REVISE THE CONNECTORS
 SPECIFIED IN THE NOTES ON A4. HUGHES IS
 NO LONGER IN BUSINESS AND SIMPSON ETA-20
 IS NO LONGER LISTED IN THE SIMPSON
 CATALOG. NEITHER HAS STATE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
  
 13) THE UPLIFT VALUES FOR THE SIMPSON
 MTSM 16 AND THE WTSM 16 ARE INCORRECT.
 SEE 2004 SIMPSON CATALOG FOR VALUES THAT
 DO NOT INCLUDE A ONE-THIRD INCREASE IN
 THE STEEL CALCULATIONS.
  
 14)REVISE DETAIL 3 ON A5. FBC 1707.4.4.2
 REQUIRES THE DOOR JAMB TO BE FULLY
 SUPPORTED BY THE BUCK.
  
 15) SPECIFY HOW ATTIC SPACE IS TO BE
 VENTED AS REQUIRED BY FBC 2309.7.
  
 16) REVISE WALL SECTIONS TO INDICATE
 INTERIOR FINISHES, INSULATION, FURRING,
 FIRESTOPPING, ETC. OF WALLS AND CEILING.
  
 17) PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WITH
 PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003
 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION
 PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS WITH
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT LISTS
 THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE
 STATE. IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL, SUBMIT AN APPLICA-
 TION FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL OR SITE
 SPECIFIC FORM PER RULE 9B-72. SEE

 18) SUBMIT STATE/LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR DOUBLE INSWING DOORS AT ENTRY.

 OF THIS TYPE SHOWN ON THE PLANS. PLEASE
 SUBMIT ONLY PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR ITEMS
