 19) ONE OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 STORM PANELS IS MISSING THE INSTALLATION
 DRAWINGS.
  
 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE REQUIRED TO
 BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH PERMIT APPLICATION
 UNDER THE MASTER.
 - NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
 - PAID RECEIPT FOR COUNTY IMPACT FEES
 AND PLANS STAMPED BY THE COUNTY
 - TWO COPIES OF SURVEY
 - TWO COPIES OF SUBSURFACE SOIL REPORT
