 SITE ADDRESS AND TENANT ADDRESSES FOR
 EACH BUILDING.
  
 3) PLANS AND THE SOILS REPORT INDICATE
 THE PROJECT WILL HAVE A R3 OCCUPANCY,
 TOWNHOUSE, SHEET A).1 UNDER LAND AREA
 INDICATES TOWNHOMES, SHEET 2 OF SOILS
 REPORTALSO REFLECTS THIS PROJECT AS
 TOWNHOMES AND NOT CONDOMINIMUM AS STATED
 ON PERMIT APPLICATION. (2) REPORTS ARE
 SUBMITTED, 3 REQUIRED FOR RESIDENT
 INSPECTOR.
  
 4) SHEET S-1 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING,
 EXPOSURE "C" STATED IN PLANS ACTUAL"B"
 EXPOSUREC AND A BUILDING "MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT" OF 35'-40' SEE TABLE 1606.2D
 MULTIPLIER SHOULD BE 1.49, ALL PRESSURE
 ZONES ON PLAN ARE LOW, EVEN LOW WHEN
 FIGURED AS "B" ZONE.
  
 5)BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY
 BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT
 SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
