 NO LESS THAN 12 FEET FROM FINISH FLOOR
 TO FINISH CEILING AND SUCH STORIES SHALL
 NOT EXCEED 20 FEET IN HEIGHT FROM
 FINISH FLOOR TO FINISH FLOOR. THE FIRST
 FLOOR UNITS ON DIXIE HIGHWAY EXCEED THE
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT ALLOWED FINISHED FLOOR
 TO FINISHED FLOOR.
 2.PURSUANT TO ART. IV SECTION 94-113(B)
 (7), PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THE BUILDING
 SETBACK ALLOWS A SIDEWALK OF 8 FEET FOR
 QUADRILLE BOULEVARD.
 3. IN RELATIN WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL
 DESIGN GUIDELINES, ARTICLE IV SECTION 94
 -107(F)(1), WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING
 COMMENTS:
 - PLEASE REVIEW THE ARTICULATION BETWEEN
 THE ALLEY OPENING ON THE WEST ELEVATION
 AND THE BALCONIES IN THE UPPER FLOOR,
 THE OPENING SHOULD BE CENTERED TO BE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE ELEVATION DESIGN.
 - PLEASE REVIEW THE ARTICULATION BETWEEN
 THE NON-STRUCTURAL COLUMNS ON THE FIRST
 FLOOR AND THE BALCONIES ON THE ENDS ON
 THE SECOND FLOOR (A4-0)
 - A NON-STRUCTURAL COLUMN IS MISSING ON
 THE ENDS OF THE NORTH ELEVATION.
 4. IN RELATION WITH THE ROOF TERRACE WE
 HAVE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
 - PURSUANT TO ARTICLE IV SECTION 94-107
 (5)(E), THE OVERALL ROOF TERRACE HAS TO
 BE 15% LANDSCAPE, AND THE PRIVATE
 TERRACES SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE AREA
 CALCULATION. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION
 TO CONFIRM YOU ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 THIS REQUIREMENT.
 5. IN RELATION WITH THE PUBLIC OPEN
 SPACE, THE DRAWINGS SHOULD DEPICT THE
 LOCATION OF THE DRINKING FOUNTAIN AS
 REQUIRED BY THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE DESIGN
 GUIDELINES.
