 PROPER CONNECTOR FOR ATTACHING TO
 MASONRY WITH TITEN SCREWS IS THE SIMPSON
 HUSUL/R 26-2.
  
 4) THE BUILDING SECTION ON A9 SPECIFIES
 LATH AND STUCCO OVER PLYWOOD AND WOOD
 FRAME AT THE SECOND FLOOR. THE PLANS
 SHOW THE SECOND FLOOR IS MASONRY. THE
 H3 CONNECTOR SPECIFIED SHOULD BE A
 HETAL 16. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 5)PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WITH
 PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003
 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION
 PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS WITH
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT LISTS
 THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE
 STATE. IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL, SUBMIT AN APPLICA-
 TION FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL OR SITE
 SPECIFIC FORM PER RULE 9B-72.
 PLEASE ATTACH COVER SHEETS FROM THE FL
 PRODUCT APPROVAL WEB SITE WITH THE STATE
 FL #. IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL, SUBMIT APPLICATION FOR
 LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 6) SUBMIT ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS FOR
 EACH OF THE TWO CONDITIONED BUILDINGS ON
 THE PERMIT. SEE FBC 13-101.2.5.1 AND
 101.2.5.2. THE PLAYROOM IN THE DETACHED
 GARAGE MUST USE SUB-CHAPTER 4 TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE.
  
 7) THERE IS NO WINDOW AND DOOR SCHEDULE
 FOR THE DETACHED GARAGE AND THE ID
 MARKS DO NOT CORRESPOND WITH THE
 SCHEDULE ON A3. PLEASE CORRECT.
