 WITH RECEPTION AREA ELIMINATES THE 1 HR
 RATING OF THE STAIRWELL.
 1006.1.3.1 PENETRATIONS INTO AND
 THROUGH A STAIRWAY ENCLOSURE ASSEMBLY
 ARE PROHIBITED EXCEPT FOR REQUIRED EXIT
 DOORS, DUCTWORK AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY
 FOR THE INDEPENDENT STAIR PRESSURIZATION
 SPRINKLER PIPING, STANDPIPES AND ELECTRI
 CALCONDUIT SERVING THE STAIRWAY AND
 TERMINATING AT A STEEL BOX NOT EXCEEDING
 16 SQ IN. SUCH PENETRATIONS SHALL BE PRO
 TECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 705.4
 1006.1.4 THERE SHALL BE NO ENCLOSED
 USEABLE SPACE WITHIN AN EXIT ENCLOSUE,
 INCLUDING UNDER STAIRS.
  
 2)1012.1.2 EGRESS DOORS SHALL BE SIDE
 SWINGING TYPE. DOORS SHALL SWING IN THE
 DIRECTION OF EGRESS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 DOUBLE DOORS LEADING TO THE REAR EXIT
 STAIRS.
  
 3) SERVER ROOM 216: RAMP,
 11-4.8.2 SLOPE & RISE. THE LEAST
 POSSIBLE SLOPE SHALL BE USED FOR ANY
 RAMP. THE MAXIMUM SLOPE FOR A RAMP IN
 NEW CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE 1 TO 12. THE
 MAXIMUM RISE FOR RUN SHALL BE 30" (SEE
 FIGURE 16).
 11-4.8.4.(2) LANDINGS. ALL LANDINGS
 ON RAMPS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 60"
 CLEAR, & THE BOTTOM OF EACH RAMP SHALL
 HAVE NOT LESS THAN 72" OF STRAIGHT &
 LEVEL CLEARENCE.
 11.4.8.5. HANDRAILS: IF A RAMP HAS
 A RISE GREATER THAN 6" OR A HORIZONTAL
 PROJECTION GREATER THAN 72", THEN IT
 SHALL HAVE HANDRAILS ON BOTH SIDES.
