 PLACED IT WAS DETERMINED TO HELP MAKE
 THE BUILDING MORE ENERGY EFFICIENT AND
 WORK ING WITH THE EXISTING WINDOWS, TO
 IMPROVE THERMAL EFFICIENCY WITH
 WEATHER-
 STRIPPING, CAULKING, INTERIOR SHADES,
 AND IF HISTORICLLY APPROPRIATE, BLINDS
 AND AWNINGS.
