 FOR THE 3RD AND 2ND FLOOR UNITS AS
 APPLICABLE, BUT 1ST FLOOR HAVE A SINGLE
 ASSEMBLY.SUBMIT CORRECTED ENERGY
 CALCS.PLEASE PROVIDE A PRINTED NAME,
 ADDRESS, LICENSE NUMBER FOR THE PERSON
 PREPARING THE ENERGY CALC ON THAT SHEET.
 REFER TO THE PERMIT NUMBERS AND PROVIDE
 ONE EXTRA COPY OF THE FIRST SHEET OF
