 5) NOTES 15 & 16 UNDER DESIGN PARAMETERS
 ON A1 SPECIFY STORM PANELS AND THE
 WINDOW & DOOR SCHEDULE ON A2 SPECIFIES
 IMPACT GLAZING.
  
 6) ITEM #5 ON THE DOOR SCHEDULE ON A2
 SPECS. A STORM PANEL FOR THE WOOD FRONT
 DOOR WHICH IS NOT INDICATED AS HAVING
 ANY GLAZING ON THE PLANS. PLEASE CLARIFY
  
 7) SPECIFY THE WIDTH OF THE STAIRS AND
 DIMENSIONS OF THE LANDINGS. PROVIDE A

 38) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED FOR
 THE FRONT AND SIDE DOORS IS NOT LEGIBLE.
 THE FRONT DOOR INDICATED ON THE PLANS
 DOES NOT MATCH THE PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 THE DOOR SCHEDULE ON A2 SPECIFIES
 ALUMINUM FRAMES. PLEASE REVISE SCHEDULE
 TO MATCH PRODUCT APPROVALS. THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES LISTED ON THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR THE FRONT DOOR +49 AND -60 DO NOT
 MEET THE REQUIRED DESIGN PRESSURES THAT
 ARE LISTED ON THE PLANS.
  
 39) CLARIFY WHY STORM PANELS HAVE BEEN
 SPECIFIED FOR THE FRONT AND SIDE DOORS.
 THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED ONLY
 REQUIRES STORM PANELS WHEN THESE DOORS
 HAVE SIDELITES AND THE PLANS DO NOT
 SHOW ANY GLAZING FOR THESE DOORS.
  
 40) SUBMIT THE APPROVED DRAWINGS FOR THE
 GARAGE DOORS. THE DRAWINGS ATTACHED TO
 THE SUBMITTED PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE FOR
 STORM PANELS.
  
 41) SEE ADDITIONAL REVIEW NOTES ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 42) THE BUILDING VALUATION WAS UPDATED
 TO $ 302,170. ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE
 ADDED TO REFLECT THIS REVISED VALUE.
