 1) TEMPORARY WALLS AND DUST PROTECTION
 SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF NON-COMBUSTIBLE
 MATERIALS. NON FIRE RETARDANT VISQUEEN
 SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED.
  
 2) TEMPORARY EGRESS AND EXIT CORRIDORS
 SHALL MEET ALL APPLICABLE CODES.
  
 3) ALL RENOVATIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 NFPA 241.
  
 4) ALL TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
 MATERIALS SHALL NOT INTERFERE WITH
 ANY EXISTING FIRE PROTECTION FEATURES.
  
 5) PLEASE INDICATE IN WRITING HOW THE
 HOTEL WILL REMAIN OPEN DURING
 CONSTRUCTION. ALSO PLEASE INDICATE
 IN WRITING WHAT SAFEGAURDS WILL BE
 TAKEN TO SEPARATE CONSTRUCTION FROM
 NON-CONSTRUCTION AREAS. ALSO HOW WILL
 EXITS, EXIT ACCESS AND EXIT DISCHARGE
 BE MAINTAINED DURING RENOVATION
 PERIODS.
  
 6) DOOR SCHEDULE NOTES INDICATE
 UNDERCUTTING OF GUESTROOM ENTRY DOORS
 WHICH ARE 20 MINUTE FIRE RATED. PLEASE
 EXPLAIN NOTE RATIONALE.
  
 7) COMBUSTIBLE DEBRIS IS TO BE REMOVED
 DAILY DURING DEMOLITION ACTIVITIES.
  
 8) A NEW FIRE ALARM SYSTEM WAS
 RECENTLY INSTALLED WITHIN THE HOTEL
 EXCEPT FOR THE FIRST FLOOR. THE FIRE
 ALARM SYSTEM IS TO BE UPGRADED ON THE
 ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR.
  
 9) THE RAMP ON SERVICE CORRIDOR # 4
 SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH HANDRAILS ON
 BOTH SIDES.
  
 10) FABRIC CANOPIES SHALL BE FIRE RATED
 SINCE THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE
 CITY FIRE LIMITS.
  
 11) ALL ARCHITECTURAL TRIM SHALL BE
 NON-COMBUSTIBLE AS REQUIRED IN
 APPENDIX F, LOCAL AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 12) BUILDING ADDRESS REQUIRED.
  
 13) THE FURNITURE PLAN APPEARS THAT
 SEATING WITHIN THE RESTAURANT 001,
 AND LOUNGE 041 APPEAR TO BE TOO
 CLOSE TOGETHER.
  
 14) ALL NEW STAIRS AND RAMPS SHALL
 BE EQUIPPED WITH HANDRAILS.
  
 15) SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS
 REQUIRED FOR THE NEW HOOD PLANNED
 FOR KITCHEN 002.
  
 16) SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS REQUIRED
 FOR THE FIRE SPRINKLER REMODEL.
  
 17) ANY FIRE WALLS DISCOVERED TO HAVE
 DAMAGE ARE TO BE REPAIRED.
  
 18) ALL WOOD IS REQUIRED TO BE FRT.
 EXTERIOR GRADE PLYWOOD IS NOT
 ACCEPTABLE SINCE THE BUILDING IS LOCATED
 IN THE FIRE LIMITS.
  
 19) ALL AREAS USED FOR EXITING SHALL
 BE A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST SEVEN FEET
 HIGH.
  
 20) ENSURE THAT ALL EXISTING SMOKE
 DETECTORS IN EACH GUEST ROOM IS IN
 WORKING ORDER.
  
 21) PLEASE INDICATE IN WRITING HOW THE
 NEW FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM HEADS WILL
 BE INSTALLED AND PROTECTION STILL BE
 PROVIDED WITHIN THE HOTEL.
  
 22) PLEASE NOTE ON THE PLANS THE
 SIZES OF THE BATRHROOMS AND CLOSETS
 THAT WILL NOT BE RECEIVING FIRE
 SPRINKLER PROTECTION.
  
 23) PLEASE NOTE ON THE PLANS THE
 LOCATIONS OF ALL EXISTING SYSTEM
 SMOKE AND NON SYSTEM SMOKE DETETECTORS.
