 PRESCRIBED BY THE BOARD, AND ALL DRAW-
 INGS, PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS, OR REPORTS
 PREPARED OR ISSUED BY THE REGISTERED
 INTERIOR DESIGNER AND BEING FILED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD SHALL BEAR THE SIGNATURE
 AND THE SEAL OF THE REGISTERED INTERIOR
 DESIGNER WHO PREPARED OR APPROVED THE
 DOCUMENT AND THE DATE ON WHICH THEY WERE
 SEALED. THE SIGNATURE, DATE AND SEAL
 SHALL BE EVIDENCE OF THE AUTHORITY OF
 THAT TO WHICH THEY ARE AFFIXED.

 4)R-3 EGRESS DOOR/ 32" CLEAR:
 1003.2.1. THE WIDTH OF THE MEANS OF
 EGRESS SHALL BE DETERMINED FROM THE
 OCCUPANTS SERVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 TABLE 1004.R-3 MINIMUM CLEAR OPENING OF
 EXIT DOOR IS 32". 1012.1.1 EGRESS DOORS
 USED IN THE EXIT ACCESS SHALL PROVIDE A
 CLEAR OPENING OF NOT LESS THAN 32" WIDE.
 1012.1.7 REQUIRED EXIT DOORS SHALL BE
 OPENABLE FROM THE INSIDE WITHOUT THE USE

 MORE THAN ONE OPERATION. NO DIMENSION

 SHALL NOT BE MORE THAN 1/2" THICK AND CE
 MENTED DIRECTLY TO THE FLOOR SLAB.
