 REQUIRES TRANSVERSING A PROPERTY
 (ADJOINING LOT) THAT IS NOT PART OF THE
 ONE WHICH THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED, AN
 EGRESS EASEMENT THROUGH THE ADJOINING
 PROPERTY IS REQUIRED AND SHALL BE RECORD
 ED IN THE COUNTY RECORDS. THIS EASEMENT
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 3' WIDE AND NOTH-
 ING SHALL BE PLACED WITHIN THE EASEMENT
 AREA WHICH WOULD BLOCK ACCESS TO THE
 EASEMENT AND OR IMPEDE EMERGENCY EGRESS
 FROM THE RESCUE OPENING TO THE PUBLIC
 WAY. NO LANDSCAPING, FENCES OR OTHER
 IMPEDIMENTS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN THIS
 EASEMENT.
  
 2)THE 23 SH WINDOW IN THE GUEST BATHROOM
 EXCEEDS THE 20% OF WALL AREA ALLOWED AS
 OPENING AREA BY FBC TABLE 600.
  
 3) FBC 1909.3 REQUIRES WWM IN THE SLAB
 TO BE SUPPORTED. SPECIFY ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) THE GLASS BLOCK AT THE TUB AREA IS
 REQUIRED BY FBC 2405.2 TO HAVE A UNIFORM
 FACE THICKNESS OF 0.25". SPECIFY ON THE
 PLAN.
  
 5) THE LETTER FROM THE ENGINEER FOR THE
 GLASS BLOCK IS REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND
 SEALED IF SUBMITTED FOR PUBLIC RECORD.
 SEE FAC 61G15-23.002.
  
 6) FBC 1609.4.3 DOES NOT ALLOW THE ONE-
 THIRD INCREASE ON STEEL CALCULATIONS.
 PLEASE REVISE THE CONNECTOR SCHEDULE ON
 SHEET 6 TO VALUES THAT DO NOT INCLUDE
 THIS INCREASE. SEE 2003 USP CATALOG AND
 SIMPSON HIGH WIND-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION
 CATALOG.
  
 7) THE WRONG PERMIT NUMBER IS LISTED ON
 THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE ORIENTATION OF THE STRUCTURE
 MUST CORRESPOND TO THE CALCULATIONS,
 UNLESS THEY ARE WORST CASE CALCS.
  
 8) PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR STRUCTURAL 2X
 BUCKS AS REQUIRED BY THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR THE ENTRY DOOR.
  
 9) PLEASE REVISE BUILDING CATEGORY ON
 SHEET 6 TO II. SEE TABLE 1-1 ASCE 7-98.
 R3 IS THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
  
 10) FBC 1005.4.5 (GLITCH AMENDMENTS)
 REQUIRES AT LEAST ONE MEANS OF ESCAPE
 FROM A DWELLING WHEN SHUTTERED FOR
 IMPACT PROTECTION. THE MEANS OF ESCAPE
 SHALL BE WITHIN THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE
 DWELLING AND CAN NOT BE LOCATED IN A
 GARAGE. OCCUPANTS IN ANY PART OF THE
 DWELLING SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO IT WITHOUT
 HAVING TO PASS THROUGH A LOCKABLE DOOR
 NOT UNDER THEIR CONTROL. INDICATE HOW
 COMPLIANCE WILL BE ACHIEVED.
  
 11) STORM PANELS: THE SAFEGUARD COMPANY
 IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS AND WEATHER-
 GUARD HAS NOT COMPLETED THE PROCESS OF
 ASSUMING THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FROM SBCCI
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL HAS DETERMINED
 THAT WE CAN NOT ACCEPT THIS PRODUCT FOR
 USE IN THE CITY OF WPB AT THIS TIME.
  
 12) THE TRUSS DRAWINGS AND LAYOUT FOR
 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS ARE NO LONGER
 REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR PLAN REVIEW
 THEY ARE TO BE GIVEN TO THE INSPECTOR IN
 THE FIELD AT THE TRUSS INSPECTION.
