 PACKAGE) AND I FAXED ONE TO YOU AFTER
 OUR TELEPHONE CONVERSATION.YOU HAVE
 CHANGED THE NOTE TO SAY "EH"; UNSURE AS
 TO WHAT THAT IS.IF YOU FEEL THAT I AM
 IN ERROR, PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATION SHOWING THAT A 34 SINGLE
 HUNG MEETS THE EMERGENCY REQUIREMENTS
 PER FBC1005.4.

 A NOTE WAS MADE THAT A WINDOW IN THE
 MASTER BATH NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH
 FBC2405.1.THE CORRECTION WAS MADE
 REFERENCING BATH 2, THE WINDOW AT THE
 SHOWER.WHEN REVISING THE PLAN, DO NOT
 QUOTE CODE SECTION. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED IS FOR IMPACT WINDOWS; THE
 PLAN CAN INDICATE EITHER SAFETY GLASS,
 TEMPERED, OR IMPACT, BUT DO NOT
 REFERENCE CODE SECTION ONLY FBC104.2.

 COPY WAS PROVIDED WITH THE LAST REVIEW.
 A NOTE ON THE PLAN IS NOT NECESSARY, BUT
 THE FORM DOES NEED TO BE COMPLETED.
  
 7.)PLEASE DO NOT DISSASEMBLE THE
 PACKAGES I HAVE PUT TOGETHER.THEY HAVE
 BEEN PUT TOGETHER TO PREPARE THE PACKAGE
 FOR ISSUANCE; TAKING THE PACKAGES APART
 DELAYS THE PERMIT PROCESS.
  
 8.)THE SOILS REPORT RECOMMENDS A
 CONTINUOUS FOUNDATION WIDTH OF AT LEAST
 18".REVISE THE FOUNDATION PLAN.
  
 10.)SEE PREVIOUS CORRECTION LIST, ITEM
 #8.THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED FOR
 DOORS WAS FOR AN IMPACT FRENCH DOOR WITH
 SIDELITES.THE FRONT DOOR IS A SERIES
 OF THREE FRENCH DOORS.THIS IS NOT
 COVERED BY THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED.THE MULLION PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED HAS A MAX DESIGN LOAD OF
 +-35 FOR THAT SIZE.PLEASE NOTE THAT
 A HEAVY DUTY MULLION HAS A HIGHER DESIGN
 LOAD.SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 MULLION FOR THE FRONT DOOR AND THE
 FRENCH DOORS (WITHOUT SIDELITES).
  
 11.)THE FRONT DOOR (MAIN EGRESS) IS
 REQUIED TO HAVE A MINIMUM CLEARANCE OF
 32", FBC1012.1.1.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, REPLACE SHEETS WHICH
 HAVE BEEN REVISED AND SUBMIT OLD SHEETS
 SEPARATELY.
