 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A

 3) REVISE NOTE #11 UNDER PLAN NOTES ON
 C1 TO INCLUDE AREAS IN THE WIND BORNE
 DEBRIS REGIONS WHICH REQUIRE IMPACT
 PROTECTION FOR GLAZED OPENINGS. SEE
 FBC 1606.1.4
  
 4) REVISE NOTE #15 UNDER FRAMING NOTES
 ON C1 TO SPECIFY THAT HIGH RIB METAL
 LATH IS REQUIRED TO BE ATTACHED AT EACH
 RIB (4"O.C.) PER ASTM C 1063.
  
 5) INDICATE ON THE PLANS THAT THE GLASS
 BLOCK AT THE TUB IN THE MASTER BATHROOM
 IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A MINIMUM UNIFORM
 FACE THICKNESS OF 0.25" AS REQUIRED BY
 FBC 2405.2.2(5) FOR GLAZING IN HAZARDOUS
 LOCATIONS.
  
 6) THE BONUS ROOM DOES NOT HAVE AN
 EMERGENCY EGRESS WINDOW AS REQUIRED BY
 FBC 1005.4. INDICATE ON THE PLANS THAT
 THIS ROOM IS NOT TO BE USED AS A
 SLEEPING ROOM.
  
 7) THE ELEVATIONS DO NOT CORRESPOND TO
 THE FLOOR PLANS. THEY ARE REVERSED.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 8) SPECIFY THE LENGTH/EMBEDDMENT DEPTH
 OF THE 1/2" ANCHOR BOLTS FOR THE GARAGE
 DOOR BUCKS ON A4.
  
 9) REVISE THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR BUCK
 DETAIL ON A4 TO CLARIFY THAT THE TAPCONS
 ARE TO FASTEN THROUGH THE BUCKS INTO THE
 STRUCTURAL SUBSTRATE.
  
 10) REVISE THE TRUSS CONECTOR SCHEDULE
 ON A6 TO VALUES THAT DO NOT INCLUDE A
 ONE-THIRD INCREASE FOR THE STEEL
 CALCULATIONS, WHICH IS NO LONGER ALLOWED
 BY FBC 1609.4. SEE THE 2003 USP CATALOG.
  
 11) REVISE THE UPLIFT VALUES FOR THE
 CONNECTORS LISTED IN DETAILS 2, 13 AND
 14 ON A5. SEE 2003 USP CATALOG.
  
 12) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - SLIDING GLASS DOORS (THE ONE THAT WAS
 SUBMITTED HAS EXPIRED)
  
 13) PLEASE CORRECT THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY
 LISTED ON C1. EXPOSURE D IS FOR AREAS
 EXPOSED TO ONE MILE OF OPEN WATER. THE
 CORRECT CATEGORY IS B.
