 MINUTE RATING, AND SOME WITHOUT
 CLOSERS, FBC 705.1.3.2.3 AND 705.1.5.
  
 THE STAIR "SHAFT EXTENSION" DOES NOT
 COMPY WITH FBC 1006.1.3.1 IN THAT SHEET
 602 SHOWS A MAJORITY OF THE A/C DUCT
 WORK TO BE LOCATED IN THE "SHAFT
 EXTENSION" AS WELL AS BEING USED FOR A
 RETURN AIR PLENUM.PLEASE REVISE AS
 NECESSARY.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE A CONSTRUCTION DETAIL FOR
 THE PENETRATION PROTECTION METHOD OF
 THE BAR JOISTS PERPENDICULAR TO THE
 WALLS OF THE STAIR "SHAFT EXTENSION".
 SEE FBC 704.2.1.2 AND FBC 705.5.1.
  
 THE PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE COMPONENTS AND
 CLADDING HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED.THE
 DELEGATED ENGINEER'S CALCULATIONS FOR
 THE METAL BUILDING DO NOT SHOW ANY
 INVESTIGATION FOR THE ROOF OR WALL
 SHEATHING.
  
 THE ARCHITECT WHO ASSUMED THE
 RESPONSIBILITY AS DESIGNER OF RECORD
 PROVIDED A NOTE ON SHEET 304 IN THE
 BLOCK TITLED "REQUIRED DESIGN
 PARAMETERS FOR WIND" AND DECLARES A
 MEAN ROOF HEIGHT AS "VARIES".
 THIS IS IN CONFLICT WITH ASCE 7-98
 SECTION 6.5.6.3.1 THAT REQUIRES
 BUILDINGS OF 60' HEIGHT OR LESS TO USE
 VELOCITY PRESSURE Q SUB H WHICH IS
 DEFINED AS MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OR EAVE
 HEIGHT.ASCE 7-98 SECTION 6.3
  
 THIS ISSUE IS EVEN MORE QUESTIONABLE
 WHEN THE DECLARED DESIGN PRESSURES ARE
 WITHIN 100THS OF 1 PSF OF THE NOA'S.
  
 THE INFORMATION PROVIDED FOR THE
 ALUMA-SHIELD WALL PANELS DOES NOT SHOW
 TESTING FOR ASTM E-136 TO DEMONSTRATE
 NON-COMBUSTIBLE (FBC 202) TO COMPLY
 WITH FBC 606 FOR TYPE IVCONSTRUCTION.
  
 THE L1 OF 1 USA SHEET DATED 7/9/03
 NOTES THE ROOF AS UL 90 BUT IS MISSING
 THE UL CONSTRUCTION NUMBER.
  
 SITE PLAN SHEETS 101-105, AND THE FIRE
 ALARM PLANS, ARE NOT SIGNED, SEALED AND
