 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) GLASS BLOCK ON THE ZERO LOT LINE IS
 REQUIRED TO BE ONE HOUR FIRE RATED.
 SPECIFY THIS ON THE FLOOR PLAN AND
 SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURE'S SPECIFICATIONS
 AND LISTING INFORMATION FOR THE ONE HOUR
 RATED GLASS BLOCK.
  
 4) SUBMIT ENGINEERED DRAWINGS, SPECIFICA
 TIONS, ETC. FOR BUTT GLAZING AS REQUIRED
 BY FBC 2406.2.
  
 5) WINDOWS WITHIN (3) FEET HORIZONTALLY
 OF A TUB OR A SHOWER ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SAFETY GLAZING PER FBC 2405.2(2). PLEASE
 SPECIFY ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 6) THE FIXED GLASS WINDOWS IN THE GRAND
 ROOM ARE REQUIRED TO BE SAFETY GLAZING
 PER FBC 2405.2(4). PLEASE SPECIFY ON THE
 FLOOR PLAN.
  
 7) ASTM C 926 REQUIRES STUCCO ON METAL
 LATH OVER A SOLID BASE TO BE 7/8".
 PLEASE REVISE WINDOW JAMB DETAIL AT
 FRAME WALL ON SHEET 5 AND DETAIL C ON
 SHEET 6A.
  
 8) FBC 1609.4 DOES NOT ALLOW THE ONE-
 THIRD INCREASE ON THE STEEL CALCULATIONS
 FOR TRUSS ANCHORS. PLEASE REVISE THE
 VALUES IN THE ANCHOR SCHEDULE ON SHEET
 3A. SEE 2003 USP OR 2002 SIMPSON HIGH
 WIND EDITION CATALOGS. HETAL16 WITH 5-
 10D X 1-1/2" NAILS HAS UPLIFT OF 1365#,
 NOT 1383#. THERE ARE OTHER DISCREPACIES
 WITH LISTED VALUES.
  
 9) TRUSS DRAWINGS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED FOR PLAN REVIEW. THE ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING
 INSPECTOR IN THE FIELD AT THE ROOF
 FRAMING INSPECTION.
  
 10) SUBMIT KEY PLAN AND INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE FOR STORM PANELS. SPECIFY THE
 ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING. CLARIFY THE
 TYPES OF MOUNTING BRACKETS (HEADERS,STUD
 ANGLE, ETC.) THAT WILL BE USED AT THE
 TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE PANELS. SAMPLE OF
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE IS ATTACHED.
  
 11) THE MULLION CALCULATIONS FOR WINDOWS
 26A AND 16A DO NOT APPEAR TO BE CORRECT.
 PLEASE PROVIDE CLARIFICATION ON HOW THE
 INFORMATION USED TO ENTER THE TABLE WAS
 CALCULATED. (TRIBUTARY WIDTH AND MULLION
 SPAN)
  
 12) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:

 PROD. APP. THAT WAS SUBMITTED IS FOR
 CIRCLE TOP WINDOWS)
 - THE 96" X 80" FIXED GLASS WINDOW (#26)
 IS INCORRECTLY INDICATED ON THE PROD.
 APPROVAL CHART THAT WAS SUBMITTED.
 THIS SIZE IS NOT LISTED ON THE CHART
 AND IT EXCEEDS THE LARGEST SIZE THAT
 IS LISTED.
  
 13) THE DOOR IN THE WALL BETWEEN THE
 GARAGE AND THE CONDITIONED SPACE IS
 REQUIRED TO BE SOLID CORE OR INSULATED
 PER FBC CHAPTER 13. PLEASE INDICATE ON
