 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) SUBMIT A SUBSURFACE SOIL BORING TEST
 REPORT FROM A FL LICENSED SOIL ENGINEER
 AS REQUIRED BY CITY AMENDMENTS TO
 FBC 1804.2.2.
  
 4)FL. BLD CODE 1606.1.7 THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS,
 1)- BASIC WIND SPEED, MPH
 2)- WIND IMPORTANCE FACTOR, & BUILDING
 CATEGORY
 3)- WIND EXPOSURE
 4)- INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT,
 5)- COMPONENTS & CLADDING, THE DESIGN
 WIND PRESSURES IN TERMS OF PSF.
 INDICATE THE IMPORTANCE FACTOR (1.00) &
 THE BUILDING CATEGORY ON THE PLANS (II).
 THE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICENT DOES
 NOT HAVE THE +/- IN FRONT OF IT WHICH
 INDICATES POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE PRESSURE
  
 5) BECAUSE A FULL BATHROOM IS PROVIDE AT
 HABITABLE GRADE LEVEL, ONE OF THE FULL
 BATHROOMS IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A DOOR
 WITH A 29" CLEAR OPENING.
 SEE FBC 11-4.23.
  
 6) SOME OF THE VALUES LISTED IN THE
 TRUSS ANCHOR SCHEDULE ARE INCORRECT.
 PLEASE INDICATE VALUES FROM THE 2003 USP
 CATALOG WHICH DO NOT INCLUDE THE ONE-
 THIRD INCREASE ON THE STEEL CALCULATIONS
 PER FBC 1609.4.
  
 7) PLEASE UPDATE THE HUGHES AND SEMCO
 CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON THE SECTIONS ON
 A6 TO CURRENT USP CONNECTORS. HUGHES AND
 SEMCO WERE PURCHASED BY USP.
  
 8) THE CALCULATIONS FOR THE ENERGY
 FORM ARE BASED ON CONDITIONED SPACE
 AREA WHICH DOES NOT CORRESPOND WITH THE
 CONDITIONED AREA LISTED ON THE PLANS.
 PLEASE SUBMIT NEW ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 WITH THE CORRECT CONDITIONED FLOOR AREA.
  
 9)PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - CASEMENT WINDOWS
 - IN ADDITION TO THE DRAWING FOR THE
 GARAGE DOOR THE SBCCI REPORT #9606C IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 10) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE WINDOW
 MULLIONS DO NOT MEET THE WINDLOAD
 REQUIREMENTS AT THE LIVING ROOM WINDOW.
 THE PRODUCT APPROVAL LIMITS THE NUMBER
 OF WINDOWS THAT CAN BE MULLED TOGETHER
 TO FIVE (5). THE LIVING ROOM WINDOW HAS
 SIX (6). SUBMIT A PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
 MULLIONS THAT WILL MEET WINDLOADS FOR
 THIS OPENING OR PROVIDE DETAIL ON THE
 PLAN FOR AN ENGINEERED MULLION OR A
 LINTEL BETWEEN THE TOP AND BOTTOM
 WINDOWS.
  
 11) SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECS. AND
 UL LISTING INFORMATION FOR THE OPTIONAL
 BBQ IF IT WILL BE INSTALLED.
  
 12) THE NEW SHEETS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE
 THE WET SIGNATURE OF THE ARCHITECT. A
 SIGNATURE STAMP IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
