 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,

 4)- INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT,
 5)- COMPONENTS & CLADDING, THE DESIGN
 WIND PRESSURES IN TERMS OF PSF.
 INDICATE THE ABOVE ON THE PLANS.
  
 5) THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE THE
 DISTANCE TO THE BUILDING LINES TO THE
 PROPERTY LINES. THE PLAN WAS SCALED TO
 DETERMINE THE DISTANCE FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINE TO THE WALL AT THE LEFT ELEVATION.
 IT WAS DETERMINED TO BE OVER 20' FOR
 TABLE 600 CALCULATIONS.
  
 6) REVISE WINDLOAD SCHEDULE ON A1 TO
 REFERENCE THE CURRENT CODE WHICH IS THE
 2001 FBC. ALSO THE NEGATIVE PRESSURES
 ARE GIVEN WITH POSITIVE SIGNS.
  
 7) SOME TEXT ON A2 IS UPSIDE DOWN.
  
 8) THE FOUNDATION PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE
 THE AMOUNT OF RECESS FOR THE MASTER BATH
 SHOWER OR THE SHOWER IN BATH #4. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 9) PROVIDE A FULL BATH WITH A DOOR THAT
 HAS A 29" CLEAR OPENING. SEE FBC CHAPTER
 11.
  
 10) SAFETY GLAZING IS REQUIRED IN THE
 MASTER BATH WINDOW PER FBC 2405.2.

 ONE THIRD INCREASE IN STEEL CALCULATIONS
 THEREFORE, THE VALUES FOR SOME TRUSS
 CONNECTORS ARE LOWER. SEE THE 2003 USP
