 THE WALL YOU ARE BUILDING.
  
 3.)INDICATE ON THE PLAN THAT YOU ARE
 ENCLOSING AN EXISTING PORCH.GIVE
 STRUCTURAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PORCH;
 COLUMN SUPPORTS, MATERIALS, ATTACHMENTS,
 ROOF.THIS CAN BE DONE AS AN EXISTING
 WALL SECTION.
  
 4.)WHAT IS AT THE LOCATION OF THE
 2868 DOOR ON THE EXISTING HOUSE WALL
 (DINING TO NEW ENCLOSED AREA).IS THIS
 A WALL TO BE CUT OPEN (NEED DETAIL)?
 IS THE DOOR EXISTING (SHOW ON PLAN)?
  
 5.)GIVE AREA CALCULATIONS ON THE PLAN-
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF EXISTING HOUSE, NEW
 A/C AREA, NEW TOTAL.
  
 6.)SHOW ALL WINDOWS, INCLUDING GLASS
 BLOCK AREA, ON THE FLOOR PLAN.GIVE
 DIMENSIONS.
  
 7.)BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT MAY
 BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT
 SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
