 1.)A NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS TO BE
 FILED WITH THE CLERK OF COURTS BEFORE
 A PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED; FBC 104.1.9.
  
 2.)THE SITE PLAN, ELEVATIONS, FLOOR
 PLAN, AND SURVEY SUBMITTED (10/4/02,
 JEFFERS AND ASSOCIATES) CONFLICT. SUBMIT
 A SITE PLAN, DRAWN TO SCALE, SHOWING ALL
 PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS WITH DIMENSIONS
 AND THE CORRECT DISTANCE FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE.THIS WILL REQUIRE A
 ZONING REVIEW AS THE SITE PLAN APPROVED
 IS INACCURATE.
  
 3.)IMPROVEMENTS MUST COMPLY WITH
 FBC TABLE 600 (NOTE REQUIREMENTS FOR
 EXTERIOR WALLS LESS THAN 10 FEET FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINE).
  
 4.)FBC 1503.4; INDICATE NUMBER AND
 LOCATION OF SCUPPERS AND OVERFLOW
 SCUPPERS AS REQUIRED.
  
 5.)PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED AS
 LOOSE SHEETS.WHEN RESUBMITTING, STAPLE
 EACH INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT APPROVAL. SUBMIT
 TWO COPIES OF EACH REQUIRED PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
  
 6.)PRODUCT APPROVALS REQUIRED ARE:
 HURRICANE PROTECTION IF WINDOWS
 ARE NOT IMPACT
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOW
 WINDOW MULLION
 FRENCH DOOR
 ANY OTHER EXTERIOR DOORS NOT
 COVERED UNDER THE FRENCH DOOR
 PRODUCT APPROVAL, IF ANY
  
 7.)THE TYPICAL WALL SECTION SHOWS A
 LEDGER IN THE EARTH TO CARRY EXISTING
 FLOOR.ARE YOU BUILDING A STEM WALL AT
 THAT LOCATION AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN?
 SUBMIT A SEPARATE DETAIL TO CLARIFY.
 INCLUDE LENGTH OF BOLTS ATTACHING THE
 LEDGER TO THE CONCRETE.
  
 8.)GIVE A DETAIL FOR THE TRELLIS.
 INCLUDE ALL ATTACHMENTS.
  
 9.)MARK B ON THE WINDOW SCHEDULE
 AND FLOOR PLAN CONFLICTS WITH THE
 ELEVATION (MARK 6 SHOWS A DOOR).
  
 10.) WINDOWS A AND B ON THE WINDOW
 SCHEDULE APPEAR TO BE LOCATED IN
 HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS PER FBC 2405.2.
 INDICATE AS SAFETY GLASS.
  
 11.)CLEARLY SHOW THE COLUMNS AND
 TRELLIS ON THE FLOOR PLAN AND SITE PLAN,
 INCLUDING DECORATIVE FINISHES.
  
 12.)THE HEADER DETAIL WITH ATTACHMENTS
 IS FOR A 4" WALL; CONFLICTS WITH TYPICAL
 WALL SECTION (6" WALL).
  
 13.)STAIR RAILING MUST COMPLY WITH
 1608.2.2.
  
 14.) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT MAY
 BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT
 SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
