 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF

 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A

 3) PROVIDE A SOIL BORING TEST REPORT AS
 REQUIRED BY FBC 1804.1.1.
  
 4) REVISE GENERAL NOTE #1 ON C1. THE
 CONSTRUCTION IS TYPE VI.
  
 5) INDICATE THE INTERNAL PRESSURE
 COEFFICENT ON C1 WITH THE DESIGN
 CRITERIA. SEE FBC 1606.1.7.
  
 6) THE NOTE ON THE BOLLARD ON A2 REFERS
 TO DETAIL #54. THERE IS NO DETAIL #54 ON
 THE PLANS.
  
 7) THE PLANS HAVE TWO SHEETS MARKED A4
 AND NO SHEET A5.
  
 8) INDICATE ON THE PLANS THAT THE WALL
 BETWEEN THE GARAGE AND THE CONDITIONED
 SPACE IS INSULATED AND THE DOOR IN THIS
 WALL IS SOLID CORE AS REQUIRED BY FBC
 CHAPTER 13.
  
 9) THE DETAILS LOCATED ON A4 AND THEIR
 ID TAGS ARE LABELED INCORRECTLY AS A3.
  
 10) THE WINDLOAD SCHEDULE ON A3 LISTS A
 SH36 WINDOW AT THE DEN AND THE PLANS
 SHOW TWO SH26 WINDOWS MULLED TOGETHER.
  
 11) THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR AND DOOR
 DETAILS ON THE SECOND A4 SHEET SPECIFIES
 1X4 OR 2X4 BUCKS. IF 1X BUCKS ARE USED
 THE DOOR ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED TO BE
 ANCHORED THROUGH THE BUCK AND INTO THE
 STRUCTURAL SUBSTRATE BY FBC 1707.4.4.2.
 THE 2X BUCKS ARE REQUIRED TO EXTEND
 BEYOND THE INTERIOR FACE OF THE DOOR
 FRAME. PLEASE REVISE THESE DETAILS.
  
 12) PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECS.
 AND UL LISTING INFORMATION FOR THE ONE
 HOUR FIRE RATED GLASS BLOCK.
  
 13) THE OPENING SIZE SHOWN ON THE PLANS
 FOR THE GLASS BLOCK EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM
 OPENING SIZE ALLOWED BY THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
  
 14) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - DOUBLE OUTSWING GLAZED DOORS WITH
 SIDELITES
 - SINGLE OUTSWING GLAZED DOOR
  
 15) THE OVAL WINDOW IN THE WALL AT A
 FORTY-FIVE DEGREE ANGLE TO THE ZERO LOT
 LINE VIOLATES TABLE 600. NO OPENINGS ARE
 ALLOWED IN WALL WITHIN 3 FEET OF THE
 PROPERTY LINE. THE PORTION OF REAR WALL
 THAT IS OVER TWENTY TO THIRTY FEET FROM
 PROPERTY LINE IS LIMITED TO 60% OF WALL
 AREA ALLOWED AS OPENINGS. THIS IS
 EXCEEDED BY THIS PLAN. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 16) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE STORM
 PANELS FROM SBCCI HAS BEEN REPLACED BY
 REPORT # 2229A. GENERAL NOTE 6 ON SHEET
 ONE OF THE DRAWINGS REQUIRES THE
 ORIGINAL SIGNATURE, DATE AND EMBOSSED
 SEAL ON EACH PERMIT COPY OF THIS REPORT.
  
 17) THE OPENING SIZES ON THE STORM PANEL
 SCHEDULE DO NOT CORRESPOND TO THE SIZES
 ON THE PLANS FOR SEVERAL OF THE OPENINGS
 THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SPANS FOR THE
 PANELS ARE EXCEEDED FOR SEVERAL OF THE
 OPENINGS LISTED IN THE SCHEDULE BASED ON
 THE NEGATIVE PRESSURES THAT ARE GIVEN.
 SEE TABLE 1 AND 2 ON THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL DRAWINGS. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 18) THE ORIGINAL SIGNATURES OF THE
 PERSONS CERTIFYING CODE COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE FLORIDA ENERGY CODE IS REQUIRED ON
 THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS.
