 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF

 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) SMOKE DETECTORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 LOCATED PER FBC 905.2.2.
  
 3) SPECIFY ATTIC VENTILATION AS REGUIRED
 BY FBC 2309.7.
  
 4) SPECIFY SIZE OF ATTIC ACCESSES. IN

 CATEGORY
 3)- WIND EXPOSURE
 4)- INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT,
 5)- COMPONENTS & CLADDING, THE DESIGN
 WIND PRESSURES IN TERMS OF PSF.
 INDICATE THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY AND
 INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
  
 6) PROVIDE (2) COPIES OF A SURVEY.
  
 7) SPECIFY ON THE PLANS THAT THE WELDED
 WIRE MESH WILL BE SUPPORTED ON APPROVED
 MATERIAL AT 3' O.C. OR INDICATE LOCATION
 OF CONTROL JOINTS. SEE FBC 1909.3.
  
 8) THE GLAZED FRENCH DOORS ARE REQUIRED
 TO HAVE IMPACT RESISTANT GLAZING OR
 HAVE IMPACT PROTECTION PER FBC 1606.1.4.
  
 9) PROVIDE (2) PRODUCT APPROVALS, KEY
 PLANS AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULES
 INDICATING THE SPECIFIC TYPES OF ANCHORS
 TO BE USED FOR STORM PANELS. FOR ANY
 GLAZING THAT IS NOT IMPACT RATED.
  
 10) THE GROUND FLOOR ON SHEET 2 SHOWS AN
 EXTERIOR DOOR AND WINDOW AT THE MASTER
 BATH TUB. THE ELEVATION ON SHEET 10 ONLY
 SHOWS THE DOOR. ARE THE INTERIOR AND
 EXTERIOR DOORS OPENING TO A BATHTUB?
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 11) PROVIDE A SECTION OR DETAIL OF THE
 6" CONCRETE BALCONY AT THE SECOND FLOOR
 ABOVE THE COURTYARD. SHOW HOW STEEL
 REINFORCING IS TIED TO MAIN STRUCTURE.
 SHOW GUARDRAIL HEIGHT, SPACING OF
 INTERMEDIATE RAILS, METHOD OF ATTACHMENT
 LOAD RESISTING REQUIREMENTS, ETC. SEE

 15) GLAZING WITHIN 3 FT. HORIZONTALLY OF
 A STANDING OR WALKING SURFACE AT A TUB
 OR SHOWER MUST BE SAFETY GLASS PER FBC
 2405.2. IMPACT RATED GLASS IS ACCEPTABLE
  
 16) THE CHIMNEY IS REQUIRED TO EXTEND
 AT LEAST 2 FT. HIGHER THAN ANY PORTION
 OF THE ROOF OR BUILDING THAT IS LOCATED
 WITHIN 10 FT. HORIZONTALLY OF SUCH
 CHIMNEY PER FBC 2804.2.4.
  
 17) PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE WOOD FRAME
 INTERIOR LOAD BEARING WALLS. INDICATE
 THE CONNECTORS THAT WILL BE REQUIRED TO
 PROVIDE A CONTINOUS LOAD PATH TO THE
 FOUNDATION.
  
 18)INDICATE FIREBLOCKING WHERE CONCEALED
 SPACES AT WALLS INTERSECT FLOORS OR
 CEILINGS PER FBC 705.3.
  
 19) SPECIFY THE LOCATIONS AND MATERIAL
 THAT WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE
 DRAFTSTOPPING AT THE FLOOR/CEILING
 ASSEMBLY REQUIRED BY FBC 2305.2.
  
 20) PROVIDE BUCK ATTACHMENT DETAILS FOR
