 BE CONSTRUCTING MULTIPLE BUILDINGS AT
 THE SAME TIME A SPECIAL INSPECTOR MAY BE
 REQUIRED TO AVOID CONSTRUCTION DELAYS,
 DUE TO A LARGE VOLUME OF INSPECTIONS.

 1) THE LETTER FROM PALM BEACH LIFTS HAS
 THE WRONG MASTER PERMIT NUMBER.
  
 2) ON SHEET A3 THE DOOR FROM THE GARAGE
 TO THE HABITABLE AREA AT THE BEGONIA
 MODEL IS MISSING THE 3/4 FROM IN FRONT
 OF THE HR RATED.
  
 3) A WRITTEN STORM PANEL INSTALLATION
 PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 4) THE KEY PLANS FOR THE STORM PANELS
 THE REVERSE OF THE PLANS. PLEASE SUBMIT
 KEY PLANS THAT MATCH THE MASTER PLANS.
 THERE WAS NO KEY PLAN SUBMITTED FOR THE
 SECOND FLOOR UNITS ENTRY DOORS AND
 SIDELITE ASSEMBLIES WHICH ARE LOCATED AT
 GRADE LEVEL. WILL THESE BE IMPACT RATED?
  
 5) A WRITTEN STORM PANEL STORAGE AND
 INSTALLATION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED AND
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 6) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE NOT
 CORRECT. THE SQFT AREAS LISTED DO NOT
 CORRESPOND WITH THE PLANS FOR TOTAL
 CONDITIONED AREA, UNDER ATTIC, ETC.
 IDENTIFY EACH MODEL ON THE ENERGY CALCS.
 WITH THE CORRESPONDING DESIGNATION THAT
 IS LISTED ON THE PLANS.
  
 7)THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE UNCLIPPED
 MULLIONS EXPIRES ON 5-1-03 AND THE ONE
 FOR THE CLIPPED MULLIONS EXPIRED ON
 5-30-02. NEITHER ONE IS APPROVED FOR
 USE AS PART OF AN IMPACT RESISTANT
 ASSEMBLY.
  
 8) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR OUTSWING
 DOOR WITH ONE SIDELITE. THE ONES THAT
 WERE SUBMITTED ARE EXPIRED AND HAVE THE
 COVERSHEET FOR A DOUBLE OUTSWING DOOR.
  
 9) SUBMIT A SIGNED AND SEALED COPY OF
 THE SOIL REPORT.
