 4)- INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT,
 5)- COMPONENTS & CLADDING, THE DESIGN
 WIND PRESSURES IN TERMS OF PSF.
 INDICATE THE INTERNAL PRESSURE
 COEFFICIENT, WHICH IS + OR - 0.18 FOR AN
 ENCLOSED STRUCTURE. PLEASE CORRECT THE
 IMPORTANCE FACTOR, WHICH SHOULD BE 1.00.
  
 4) PLEASE REVISE GENERAL NOTES 3,8 & 10
 ON C1 TO REFERENCE THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE AND 140 MPH WIND ZONE.
  
 5) PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS, REQUIRED
 BY CHAPTER 13 OF THE FBC.
  
 6) PROVIDE FLOOR AND ROOF FRAMING PLANS.
 PROVIDE A CONNECTOR SCHEDULE AND
 INDICATE THE LOADS TO BE RESISTED.
  
 7) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE STAIRS, HAND-
 RAILS AND GUARDRAILS WHICH COMPLY WITH

 STRUCTURE, ETC.
  
 9) INDICATE THE LOCATIONS AND MATERIALS
 THAT WILL BE USED FOR DRAFTSTOPPING THE
 FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLY INTO 500 SQFT
 AREAS AS REQUIRED BY FBC 2305.2.2.
  
 10) PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION DETAILS FOR THE

 GIRDER TRUSS AT THE LIVING ROOM AND THE
 BUILT-UP WOOD COLUMNS SHOWN ON A3.
 SPECIFY THE CONNECTORS AT THE TOPS AND
 BOTTOMS OF THESE COLUMNS. PLEASE CLARIFY
 WHICH ONE OF THE TWO COLUMNS SHOWN IN
 DETAIL 8/A8 IS TO BE USED AT EACH
 LOCATION.
  
 17) PLEASE CLARIFY THE SECTION AT THE
 STUDY WALL ON A3 THAT IS MARKED 4/A3.
 THERE IS NO SECTION OR DETAIL 4 ON SHEET
 A3.
  
 18) THE CITY OF WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FBC 2111.1.9 REQUIRES A 1-1/2" RECESS IN
 MONOLITHIC FOUNDATIONS FOR A WATERSTOP.
 PLEASE REVISE SECTIONS ON A4.
  
 19) THE FBC SECTION 1909.3 REQUIRES THAT
 WELDED WIRE MESH USED IN THE SLAB BE
 SUPPORTED ON APPROVED MATERIALS AT
 SPACINGS NOT TO EXCEED 3 FEET.
  
 20)FBC 905.2.2 REQUIRES A SMOKE DETECTOR
 ON THE FIRST FLOOR IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO
 THE STAIRWAY LEADING TO THE FLOOR ABOVE.
  
 21)INDICATE FIREBLOCKING WHERE CONCEALED
 SPACES OF WALLS AND FLOORS OR CEILINGS
 MEET. IT IS ALSO REQUIRED AT CONCEALED

 22) REVISE THE CONCRETE TILE NAILING
 INFORMATION ON A4 TO REFERENCE THE FBC.
  
 23) SPECIFY THE SPECIAL ROOF SHEATHING
 NAILING REQUIREMENTS PER THE CITY OF WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC TABLE 2306.1.
  
 24) SPECIFY THE TYPE, DIAMETER AND
 EMBEDMENT DEPTH FOR THE BOLTS USED TO
 ATTACH THE LEDGERS SUPPORTING THE FLOOR
