 THIS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO BE ON
 THE SIGNED AND SEALED CONSTRUTION
 DRAWINGS. A PAPER STAPLED TO THE
 DRAWINGS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE LOCATIONS AND MATERIALS
 USED FOR DRAFTSTOPPING THE FLOOR/CEILING
 ASSEMBLIES PER FBC 2305.2.2.
  
 5) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "A5"
 FLOOD ZONE, AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
 WILL BE REQUIRED. INDICATE THE PROPOSED
 GROUND FLOOR FINISH ELEVATION BASED ON
 N.G.V.D., NOT MEAN SEA LEVEL. NOTE: THE
 CITY CODE REQUIRES THE LOWEST FLOOR TO
 BE A MINIMUM OF SIX INCHES ABOVE BASE
 FLOOD ELEVATION.
  
 6) FL BLD CODE 1804.2.2 QUESTIONABLE
 SOILS, WHERE THE BEARING CAPACITY IS
 NOT DEFINETLY KNOWN OR IS IN QUESTION.
 PROVIDE A SOIL TEST REPORT FROM A
 SOIL ENGINEER. PROVIDE SUBSURFACE SOIL
 INVESTIGATION COMPLETE WITH SOIL BORINGS
 AND RECOMMENDATIONS.
  
 7) STAIRS DO NOT COMPLY WITH FBC 1007.3
 SEE STAIR SECTION A ON A6, WHICH THE
 SUM OF TWO RISERS AND A TREAD (EXCLUSIVE
 OF THE NOSING) IS 23.75". INDICATE THE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE HANDRAIL ON THE PLANS.

 8) CANOPY WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT

 MESH IN THE SLAB WILL BE SUPPORTED BY
 APPROVED MATERIALS OR SUPPORTS AT
 SPACINGS NOT TO EXCEED THREE FEET. SEE

 11) SPECIFY THE CONNECTORS AND UPLIFTS
 FOR THE GIRDER TRUSSES INDICATED ON THE
 ROOF PLAN.
  
 12) SPECIFY HOW THE REQUIRED ONE HOUR
 FIRE PROTECTION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE
 STEEL COLUMNS.
  
 13) SHEET S2 SHOWS A 4" COLUMN ON THE
 THIRD FLOOR BETWEEN TWO SLIDING GLASS
 DOORS WITH A WOOD GIRDER TRUSS ABOVE AND
 BELOW. PROVIDE DETAILS INDICATING THE
 ATTACHMENT AT THE BASE AND CAP, COLUMN
 TYPE, FIRE PROTECTION, ETC.
  
 14) PROVIDE A COVER SHEET FOR THE SHEAR
 WALL CALCULATIONS. PROVIDE THE TITLE
 BLOCK FOR THE ENGINEER (AND PHONE #),
 THE DESIGN CRITERIA THE CALCULATIONS ARE
 BASED ON, THE ADDRESS OF THE JOB, THE
 CONCLUSIONS THAT WERE REACHED.
  
 15) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - SLIDING GLASS DOORS WIDER THAN 8 FEET
 - SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS
 - FIXED GLASS WINDOWS WHICH INCLUDE
 RECTANGULAR SHAPES UP TO 58 SQ.FT.
  
 16) THE NOTE ON A6 STATES THAT
 HURRICANE SHUTTERS ARE REQUIRED, HOWEVER
 NO STORM PANEL INFORMATION WAS SUBMITTED
 THE PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED ARE FOR
 IMPACT RESISTANT OR NON-IMPACT RESISTANT
 GLASS. PLEASE CLARIFY.
