 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF

 4) THREE STORY R-3 TYPE V STRUCTURE IS
 REQUIRED TO BE FIRE SPRINKLED OR BE ONE
 HOUR FIRE PROTECTED. SEE FBC TABLES 500
 AND 600.
  
 5) SPECIFY LOCATIONS AND MATERIALS USED
 FOR DRAFTSTOPPING AT THE FLOOR/CEILING
 ASSEMBLIES. SEE FBC 2305.2.2
  
 6) SPECIFY FIREBLOCKING AS REQUIRED IN
 CONCEALED SPACES. SEE FBC 705.3.1 AND
 2305.1.
  
 7) REVISE NOTES ON SHEET A1 UNDER
 SECURITY & FORCED ENTRY PREVATION THAT
 REFERENCE THE SFBC. THE CURRENT CODE IS
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 8) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "A5"
 FLOOD ZONE AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL
 BE REQUIRED. INDICATE THE PROPOSED
 FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION. THE MINIMUM
 ELEVATION IS 7.5 FEET.
  
 9) FL BLD CODE 1804.2.2 QUESTIONABLE
 SOILS, WHERE THE BEARING CAPACITY IS
 NOT DEFINETLY KNOWN OR IS IN QUESTION.
 PROVIDE SOIL TEST REOPRT FROM SOILS
 ENGINEER. SOIL MUST HAVE A BEARING
 CAPACITY OF 3000 PSF PER PLANS.
  
 10)FL BLD CODE 2405.2 HAZARDOUS LOCATION
 SAFETY GLASS IS REQUIRED WITHIN THREE
 FEET HORIZONTALLY OF A TUB OR SHOWER.
  
 11) PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE BATHROOM ON THE
 GROUND FLOOR WITH A DOOR THAT HAS A 29"
 CLEAR OPENING. SEE FBC 11-11. MUST BE
 FULL BATH, UNLESS ONLY A HALF BATH IS
 PROVIDE AT GRADE LEVEL.
  
 12) PROVIDE DETAILS OF STAIRS. SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 1007.3 EXCEPTION (1)
 WHICH REQUIRES THE SUM OF 2 RISERS AND A
 TREAD (EXCLUSIVE OF THE NOSING) TO BE
 NOT LESS THAN 24" NOR MORE THAN 25".
 SPECIFY HANDRAILS AS REQUIRED BY FBC
 1007.5 AND INDICATE HANDRAIL DIMENSIONS
 THAT COMPLY WITH 1007.5.3.
  
 13)1007.8.1 WINDERS SHALL HAVE A
 MINIMUM TREAD DEPTH OF 6" AT THE NARROW-
 EST EDGE & SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM TREAD

 GIVEN FOR THE GROUND FLOOR AND SECOND
 FLOOR APPEARS TO BE REVERSED. PLEASE
 CORRECT.

 ON THE PLANS.
  
 31) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE STEEL COLUMNS
 INDICATE ATTACHMENTS AT TOP AND BOTTOM
 OF COLUMNS, FASTNERS ETC.
  
 32) SPECIFY THE TIE BEAMS SIZE, STEEL
 REINFORCEMENT, ETC. AT EACH FLOOR.
  
 34) PROVIDE A DETAIL INDICATING THE
 FRAMING THAT WILL BE USED TO SUPPORT THE
 FLOOR AND CARRY THE CEILING AT THE WALLS
 THAT PARALLEL THE FLOOR/CEILING JOISTS.
  
 35) SPECIFY THE EMBEDDMENT DEPTH OF THE
 WEDGE ANCHORS AT THE 2X8 LEDGER AT THE

 36) REVISE GENERAL NOTE A ON 5.3 TO
 REFERENCE THE FBC.
  
 37) SHEET A3 SHOWS A WOOD DECK OVER A

 IN THE SAME AREA. PLEASE CLARIFY.
 INDICATE HOW THIS AREA WILL BE MADE
 WATER TIGHT, HOW DECK WILL BE FASTENED
 TO CONCRETE, ETC.
  
 38) THE SQUARE FEET OF CONDITION AREA
 IS DIFFERENT FROM THE A/C AREA LISTED ON
 THE PLANS. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 39) SPECIFY THE AMOUNT OF ROOF SLOPE ON
 THE PLANS. SEE FBC 1508.3.1 FOR REQUIRED
 MINIMUM FOR BUILT UP ROOFING.
  
 40)REVIEW THE EAST WALL OF THE STRUCTURE
 FOR SHEAR WALL REQUIREMENTS AND PROVIDE
