 COEFFICIENT ON THE PLANS (+ OR - .18 FOR
 ENCLOSED STRUCTURES).
  
 4) REVISE NOTE 11 ON C1, HURRICANE
 SHUTTERS ARE REQUIRED IN THE CITY OF WPB
 AND IT IS NOT LOCATED IN A HVHZ.
  
 5) REVISE FRAMING NOTE 15 ON C1, ASTM C
 1063 REQUIRES 3/8" RIB METAL LATH TO BE
 FASTENED AT EACH RIB (4").
  
 6) THE LINES DESIGNATING THE FOOTING ARE

 20) THE CONDITIONED FLOOR AREA LISTED ON
 THE PLANS DIFFERS FROM THE A/C AREA ON
 THE PLANS. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 21) THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN
 AND DATE THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORM.
  
 22) INDICATE ON THE PLANS THAT THE WALL
 ADJACENT TO THE GARAGE IS INSULATED AND
 THE DOOR IS TO BE INSULATED OR SOLID
 CORE WOOD PER CHAPTER 13 OF THE FBC.
  
 23) INDICATE ON THE PLANS THE ROOF
 SHEATHING NAILING REQUIREMENTS AND ROOF
 ZONES AS REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC TABLE 2306.1.
  
 24) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:

 - SINGLE OUTSWING FRENCH DOOR

 - OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR(INFORMATION THAT
 WAS SUBMITTED IS NOT ACCEPTABLE)
  
 25) IF THE NORANDEX PRODUCTS DO NOT HAVE
 SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT APPROVALS,
 SITE SPECIFIC ENGINEERING IS REQUIRED.
 THE SITE SPECIFIC PRODUCT APPROVAL FORMS
 ARE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED, SEALED AND
 DATED BY THE ENGINEER CERTIFYING THE
 PRODUCT AND THE DESIGNER OF RECORD MUST
 SIGN, SEAL AND DATE THE FORM INDICATING
 THAT HE HAS REVIEWED THE PRODUCT AND IS
 APPROVING ITS USE IN THE STRUCTURE. THE
 LOCATION OF THE STRUCTURE IS TO BE
 SPECIFIED ON THE FORM. THE SPECIFIC
 PRODUCTS BEING INSTALLED ARE TO BE
 LISTED ON THE FORMS AND SHOWN IN THE
 DRAWINGS, OR AN EGINEERED ANALYSIS FOR A
 DIFFERENT SIZE OR SHAPE BASED ON THE
 TESTED PRODUCT WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 26) PROVIDE AN INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AND
 KEY PLAN FOR THE HURRICANE PANELS.
