 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) PROVIDE COMPLETE SOIL TEST REPORT
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY SOIL ENGINEER.
  
 4) INDICATE ON THE PLANS THE DRAFTSTOP
 LOCATIONS AND MATERIALS FOR THE FLOOR/
 CEILING ASSEMBLY REQUIRED BY 2001 FBC
 SEC. 2305.2.2.
  
 5) REVISE OPENING SIZE OF SECOND FLOOR
 ATTIC ACCESS TO COMPLY WITH FBC 2309.6.
  
 6) PROVIDE CALCULATIONS WHICH INDICATE
 THAT THE REQUIRED NET FREE VENTILATING
 AREA WILL BE PROVIDED BY AREAS WITHOUT
 STYROFOAM TRIM. SEE FBC 2309.7.1.
  
 7) PROVIDE A STRUCTURAL PLAN FOR THE
 STAIRS INDICATING HOW STAIRS AND LANDING
 WILL BE SUPPORTED.
  
 8) PROVIDE A STAIR SECTION INDICATING
 THE LOCATION AND MATERIALS USED FOR
 FIREBLOCKING. FBC 2305.1.4.
  
 9) REVISE WOOD STAIR DETAIL ON A12 FOR

 DOUBLE TA CONNECTOR IS INCORRECT. REFER
 TO CURRENT USP CATALOG AND REVISE.
  
 24) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE SGD IS
 MISSING PAGE 2 AND THE DRAWINGS DO NOT
 HAVE THE SAME NOA NUMBER AS THE APPROVAL
  
 25) SEVERAL OF THE SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS
 ON THE PLANS EXCEED THE DESIGN WINDLOADS
 IN THE PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 26) SPECIFY WHICH GLASS BLOCK MANUFACT-
 URER WILL BE USED AND PROVIDE LISTING
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR A ONE HOUR FIRE RATED
 ASSEMBLY.
  
 27) PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL OR SITE
 SPECIFIC ENGINEERING FOR DOUBLE OUTSWING
 DOORS. USE CITY OF WPB FORM. LOCATION OF
 JOB IS REQUIRED TO BE ON FORM. FORM MUST
