 RELIEVES RESPONSIBILITY OF COMPLETE
 INSPECTION OF CONCRETE TO AN UNDEFINED
 "LENGTH OF TIME" WHICH IS NOT AN
 ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF INSPECTION.
  
 SAME PARAGRAPH EXHORTS COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE "OFFICIAL CONTRACT DOCUMENTS RATHER
 THAN APPLICABLE CODES" AND IS FURTHER
 COMPLICATED BY REFERENCE TO THE 1994
 SOUTH FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 PREVIOUS PAID PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR
 BOTH THE BUILDING AND THE SEPARATE
 FOUNDATION HAVE NOT BEEN SATISFACTORILY
 ADDRESSED.
  
 QUESTIONS AS TO FOUNDATIONS IN THE
 PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY ON THE NORTH AND
 WEST SIDES, HIBISCUS ST. AND DIXIE HWY.
 HAVE NOT BEEN CLARIFIED.WHERE ARE THE
 DIMENSIONS FOR THE FOOTINGS AND COLUMNS
 NORTH OF AND PARALLEL WITH GRID LINE P
 AND THOSE WEST OF AND PARALLEL WITH
 GRID LINE N.1?
  
 THE HANDICAP RAMP HAVING A LOCUS IN THE
 GRID LINES MADE BY H AND N.4 AS SHOWN
 ON SHEETS S.03 DATED 12/10/02 AND A.09
 DATED 12/10/02 APPEARS TO HAVE LANDINGS
 THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE FBC AS
 PREVIOUSLY NOTED.MORE SPECIFICALLY,
 THE 72" LENGTH AT THE BOTTOM AND
 MANEUVERING CLEARANCE AT THE DOOR AT
 THE TOP. FBC 11-4.8.4.
  
 FULL HANDICAP SITE ACCESSIBILITY AS
 PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED IS STILL NOT
 READILY DISCERNIBLE.THE KEITH AND
 BALLBE, INC SITE IMPROVEMENTS PLANS
 TOGETHER WITH WARREN MCCORMICK
 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE,AND THE COHEN
 FREEMAN, ENCINOSA PLANS, DO NOT PROVIDE
 CONGRUENT DESIGN INFORMATION.

 AVAILABLE TO DATE, ARE DIRECTED TO A
 PROPOSED FOUNDATION BUILDING PERMIT
 ONLY.THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT CODE
 DISCREPANCIES STILL OUTSTANDING THAT
 MUST BE RESOLVED BEFORE A COMPLETE
