 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) THE SURVEY SUBMITTED DOES NOT SHOW
 THE ONE STORY ADDITION "B" OR THE
 EXISTING COVERED PORCH THAT IS BEING
 ENCLOSED.
  
 4) INDICATE THE THICKNESS OF THE NEW
 SLAB (POUR OVER) SHOWN IN SECTION C ON
 SHEET 3.
  
 5) THE ENGINEER IS REQUIRED TO INITIAL
 AND DATE THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE WIND
 PRESSURES THAT WERE ADDED TO THE PLANS.
  
 6) THE PERCENT OF WALL AREA ALLOWED AS
 OPENINGS BY TABLE 600 IS EXCEEDED AT THE
 FIRST FLOOR WEST ELEVATION. BASED ON A
 DISTANCE TO THE PROPERTY LINE OF BETWEEN
 10 TO 20 FEET(40%) AND A 19'X 8'WALL
 AREA, THE AREA ALLOWED AS OPENINGS IS
 60.8 SQ.FT. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE (2) 2"X 12"
 HEADER AT THE OPENING TO THE NEW SECOND
 FLOOR BATH. INDICATE FASTENERS, SPACING,
 CONNECTIONS TO JACKS, NUMBER OF JACKS,
 CONTINOUS LOAD PATH, ETC.
  
 8) INDICATE HOW ATTIC ACCESS WILL BE
 PROVIDED AT ADDITION AS REQUIRED BY FBC
 SEC.2309.6.
  
 9) INDICATE HOW THE ADDITION WALLS,
 FOOTINGS, WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE
 EXISTING STRUCTURE.
  
 10) PROVIDE DETAILS INDICATING THE
 CONNECTION (STRAPPING,ETC.) OF THE NEW
 ROOF TO THE EXISTING AT ADDITION "A".
  
 11) PROVIDE A NAILING SCHEDULE FOR THE
 FLOOR, WALL AND ROOF SHEATHING. SEE FBC
 TABLE 2306.1 AND REVISED TABLE 2306.1 OF
 THE CITY OF W.P.B. AMENDMENTS TO THE
 2001 FBC.
  
 12) INDICATE THE CEILING MATERIAL FOR
 THE PORCH AT REAR AND SPECIFY THE
 FASTENER TYPE AND SPACING.
  
 13) INDICATE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT, FLOOR
 AND WALL HEIGHTS ON THE ELEVATIONS.
  
 14)INDICATE THE ROOF PITCH ON THE PLANS.
  
 15) THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN
 AND DATE THE ENERGY CALC. FORM.
  
 16) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - ROOF TILE (ONES SUBMITTED ARE EXPIRED)
 - STRUCTURAL MULLIONS
 - EXTERIOR WOOD ENTRY DOOR
  
 17) GUARDRAILS ARE REQUIRED AT REAR
 PORCH IF MORE THAN 30" ABOVE FINISHED
 GROUND LEVEL. PROVIDE DETAILS FOR
 GUARDRAILS AND STAIRS IF REQUIRED.
