 INSTALLED ON THE PROPERTY, AT THE BACK
 OF SIDEWALKS.
 3. A GREASE INTERCEPTER/SEPARATOR FOR
 THE PROPOSED FUTUTE CLICK CAFE IS
 REQUIRED, PLEASE CALL MR. RODNEY COMPO,
 837-4051 EXT. 4074 FOR CITY REQUIREMENT.
 4. PROPOSED FIRE HYD.
 A) IF PRIVATE, THEN A DDCV ASS. WOULD
 BE REQUIRED.
 B) IF INSTALLED BY THE CITY, THEN
 LOCATING IT SO CLOSE TO AN
 EXISTING ONE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
 LOCATION SHOULD BE VERIFY WITH PUBLIC
 UTILITIES ENGINEERING SERVICES,659-8040.
 5. DURING MEETING WITH PUBLIC UTILITIES,
 WE BELIEVE THAT SEWER CONNECTION WOULD
 BE AVAILABLE IN SOUTH OLIVE AVE. AND
 DEXIE HWY. ALSO, THE EXISTING SEWER LINE
 IN EXISTING ALLEY-WAY MAY BE USED BY
 UTILIZING GRAVITY LINES.THIS MAY
 ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR LIFT STATION AS
 PROPOSED.PLEASE CONTACT 659-8040 EXT.
 2306 MR. MANNY GONZALEZ FOR SUBMITTING
 PLANS FOR THEIR REVIEW AND COMMENTS.
 6. A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION AND
 FEES FOR CIVIL/SITE UNDERGROUND

 PERMITTING WILL BE REQUIRED.
