 ANDTHERE NEEDS TO BE HEDGES ALONG
 THE STREET FRONT BORDER OF THE PARKING
 LOT AT THE NW AREA OF PK LOT.
 4. THERE SHALL BE ONE SHADE TREE (NOT
 PALM) AT THE PERIMETER OF THE PARKING
 LOT FACING THE STREET FOR EVERY 3-
 SPACES
 5. IF THE EXISTING CURB CUTS ARE TO BE
 REUSED, THE S/W NEED TO BE REPAIRED/
 REPLACED WHERE THEY ARE IN POOR
 CONDITION.
 6. IF THE PARKING IS IN DISREPAIR,THE
 FIRST 1" OF STORMWATER SHOULD BE RETAIN-
 ED ON SITE. THE LANDSCAPE EDGES AS THE H
 HEDGE LINE AND THE LANDSCAPE TRIANGLE AT
 THE SOUTH OF THE SOUTH SHOULD BE USED
 FOR RUN-OFF WATER.
