 STANDARD BUILDING CODE.THE 2001
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE IS CURRENTLY IN
 EFFECT AND WEST PALM BEACH IS IN A 140
 MPH WIND ZONE.PLEASE REVISE THE PLANS
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED IN THE
 DESIGNATED FIRE DISTRICT AND TYPE VI
 CONSTRUCTION (WOOD FRAME) IS
 PROHIBITED.SEE APPENDIX F TO THE FBC
 AS AMENDED BY THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE A RECENT PROPERTY SURVEY.
  
 IT APPEARS THAT THE EXTERIOR WALLS ON
 THE WEST, SOUTH AND EAST ELEVATIONS
 WILL BE LESS THAN FIFTEEN FEET FROM
 PROPERTY LINES, (ASSUMED AND COMMON),
 AND AS SUCH MUST COMPLY WITH FBC TABLE
 600 FOR PERCENTAGE OF WALL AREA
 OPENINGS AND FBC 705.1 FOR PROTECTION
 OF OPENINGS.
  
 IF THE TEST REPORTS AND/OR PRODUCT
 NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE ARE NOT INCLUDED
 WITH THE PLANS FOR THE DOORS, WINDOWS
 AND ROOF COVERINGS, SEPARATE PERMITS
 AND FEES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THAT WORK.
  
 SHOW HOW THE GLAZED OPENINGS IN THE
 EXTERIOR BUILDING ENVELOPE WILL COMPLY
 WITH THE HURRICANE MISSILE IMPACT
 RESISTANCE REQUIREMENTS.SEE THE
 ATTACHED INTERPRETATION LETTER.
  
 BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT MAY BE
 ISSUED IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY FOR THE INCREASED AREA,
 THE PERMIT PLANS STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
