 NUMBER OF ROOMS,ETC. THIS ALSO MEANS
 THERE IS NO TAXES BEING COLLECTED ON THE
 REAR UNIT.
 IT IS UP TO THE OWNER TO PROVE THAT
 THEIR WAS A PERMIT PULLED TO CHANGE THE
 OCCUPANCY FROM GARAGE/ STORAGE TO A
 APARTMENT.
 THE OWNER MAY CONTACT APRIL PICCIRILLO
 AT 659-8096 X 8292 RECORD RESEARCH FOR
 AN APPOINTMENT, THE OWNERS ACTUALLY SET
 WITH THE JOURNALS TO REVIEW IF A PERMIT
 WAS PULLED TO CHANGE OCC. FROM STORAGE
 TO RESIDENTIAL.
  
 2) CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. 3401.2.2
 IF THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OR OCCU-
 PANCY SUBCLASSIFICATIONS OF ANY EXISTING
 BUILDING OR STRUCTURE IS CHANGED, THE
 BUILDING, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, GAS &
 MECHANICAL SYSTEMS SHALL BE MADE TO
 CONFORM TO THE INTENT OF THE TECHNICAL
 CODES AS REQUIRED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 3) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES A
 VALUE OF $5,000.00 FOR THE COMPLETE
 PROJECT. THIS VALUE IS TO REFLECT THE
 MARKET VALUE. CITY CODE DOES ALLOW FOR
 IHE CITY TO DO A CALCULATED VALUE IF THE
 APPLICATION VALUE IS TO LOW.

 ASSIGNED TO THE FRAMING MEMBERS AND THE

 BY OTHER PROTECTIVE MEASURES SUCH AS
 INSULATION. THE MEMBRANE ON THE
 UNEXPOSED SIDE SHALL NOT BE INCLUDED IN
 DETERMINING THE FIRE RESISTANCE OF THE
 ASSEMBLY.
  
 BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY
 BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT
 SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
