 THE INSIDE FLOOR LEVEL BUT NOT MORE THAN
 7" LOWER.

 SHALL NOT EXTEND WITHIN 1 FT OF THE
 ANGLE OF REPOSE OR NATURAL SLOPE OF SOIL

 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
