 WHEN A BUILDING IS INCREASED IN HEIGHT.

 LOADS THAT WILL BE IMPOSED UPON IT BY
 THE ADDITION. SEE SBC 104.2.

 PROPOSED SECOND FLOOR TO BE PLACED ON
 THE TOP CHORD OF THE EXISTING TRUSSES
 WITHOUT ADDITIONAL SUPPORT.THIS IS
 NOT A VIABLE DESIGN.
  
 THE AREA OF THE OPENINGS ON THE WEST
 ELEVATION OF THE ADDITION EXCEED THE
 20% ALLOWED BY SBC TABLE 600 FOR TYPE
 VI CONSTRUCTION LOCATED 3' TO 10' FROM A
 PROPERTY LINE.PLEASE REVISE AS
 NECESSARY.
  
  
 THE ADDITION WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMPACT
 FEES COLLECTED BY THE COUNTY FOR THE
 CITY.THE PERMIT PLANS MUST BE STAMPED
 BY THAT OFFICE AND A COPY OF THE PAID
 RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
