 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) THE ATTIC VENTING CALCULATIONS ARE
 NOT CORRECT. THE 6240 SQ.FT. OF ATTIC
 WHEN DIVIDED BY 150 SQ.FT. REQUIRES
 41.6 SQ.FT. OF NET FREE VENTILATING AREA
 DETERMINE THE NET FREE VENT AREA OF THE
 4"X24" SCEEN VENT (MANUFACTURERS SPECS.)
 AND INDICATE THE NUMBER OF SCREEN VENTS
 THAT WILL BE REQUIRED. THE CALCULATIONS
 FOR 1ST FLOOR ATTIC SPACE IS ALSO
 INCORRECT.
  
 4) SUBMIT A WRITTEN PLAN TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL FOR HURRICANE MISSLE IMPACT FOR
 HIS APPROVAL.
 THE PLAN MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION:
 A) WHO WILL INSTALL PANELS (MUST BE
 BUILDING STAFF)
 B) ESTIMATED TIME TO INSTALL
 C) INDICATE ON PLANS WHERE THEY WILL BE
 STORED ON SITE (IF STORED IN STANDING
 POSITION, AN ENGINEER IS TO DESIGN THE
 ENCLOSURE)
 D) PANELS ON FIRST FLOOR ONLY, WITHOUT
 USE OF LADDERS OR LIFTS
 E) BUILDING OFFICIAL MUST APPROVE THE
 WRITTEN PLAN
  
 5) ENGINEERED TRUSS DRAWINGS AND LAYOUT
 WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR
 REVIEW PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
