 CALL SIZE OF THE WINDOW.
  
 5) PROVIDE DETAILS INDICATING EXTERIOR
 WINDOW AND DOOR BUCK FASTENING.
  
 6) THE ROOF OVERHANG AT THE REAR OF THE
 STRUCTURE ENCROACHES INTO THE 12'-0"
 EASEMENT. PROVIDE AN EASEMENT RELEASE OR
 DOCUMENTATION THAT THE OVERHANG
 EXTENDING INTO THE EASEMENT IS ALLOWED.
  
 7) THE METAL TRAILER SHOWN ON THE SURVEY
 IS A CODE VIOLATION AND MUST BE
 CORRECTED BEFORE THE PERMIT CAN BE
 ISSUED.
  
 8)INDICATE THE SPACING OF THE REINFORCED
 FILLED CELLS ON THE FOUNDATION PLAN.
  
 9)PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE TWO INTERIOR
 BEARING WALLS. INDICATE THE CONSTRUCTION
 AND INDICATE THE CONNECTORS USED TO
 TRANSFER LOADS FROM ROOF TO FOUNDATION.
  
 10) THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN OF THE
 ADDITION IS REQUIRED ON EACH SHEET OF
 THE PLANS. CITY AMENDMENTS 104.2.1
  
 11) THE PLANS INDICATE R-30 INSULATION
 IN THE CEILING AND THE ENERGY FORM LISTS
 R-19. PLEASE CORRECT.

 LATEST SIMPSON CATALOG. PLEASE REFER TO
 THE CATALOG AND SPECIFY THE PROPER META/

 13) NB2X12-24 BRIDGING IS REQUIRED FOR
 JOISTS SPACED 24" ON CENTER. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 14) THE PROPER CONNECTORS FOR TRUSS TO
 EXISTING MASONRY IS MTSM 20 WITH (4) 1/4
 X2-1/4" TITEN SCREWS INTO MASONRY AND
 (10) 10D NAILS INTO TRUSS. NOT THE LTS
 THAT IS SPECIFIED. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 15) INDICATE HOW THE WOOD INTERIOR
 BEARING WALL IS CONNECTED TO THE NEW AND
 EXISTING MASONRY WALLS.
  
 16) INDICATE HOW THE NEW FOOTER AND TIE
