 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) ENERGY CALCULATION FORM IS REQUIRED
 TO BE SIGNED BY THE OWNER/AGENT.
  
 4) THE REVISED SOIL REPORT LETTER STATES
 THAT FOUNDATIONS BEAR 14" BELOW GRADE
 AND THE CITY AMENDMENTS (1804.1.9)
 REQUIRES FLOOR ELEVATION TO BE MINIMUM
 OF 4" ABOVE THE FINISH GRADE. THIS WILL
 REQUIRE AN 18" DEEP FOOTING.THE FOOTINGS
 SHOWN ON S2 ARE ONLY 16" IN DEPTH.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 5) THE 2X8 AT THE TOP OF THE MASONRY
 WALLS BETWEEN UNITS IS REQUIRED TO BE
 FIRE TREATED. (SEE A-3.0, S3)
  
 6) INDICATE THE SPACING OF THE FASTENERS
 FOR THE S.G.D. ON DETAIL 6 ON A-4.0.
 INDICATE THE TYPE FASTENER AND SPACING
 FOR THE S.G.D. JAMB DETAIL 9 ON A-4.0.
  
 7) GARAGE BUCK DETAIL 7 ON A-4.0 REFERS
 TO DETAIL 1 ON A-5 AND IT SHOULD READ
 DETAIL 1 ON A-4. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 8)PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
