 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN A5 FLOOD
 ZONE. THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO BE 6" ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD
 ELEVATION PER CHAPTER 12 OF THE CITY
 MUNICIPAL CODE. PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY
 INDICATING ELEVATIONS.
  
 4) THE LOT NUMBER LISTED ON SHEET D-1
 AND SP-1 IS INCORRECT. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 5) SHEETS A-2.0 AND A-2.1 HAVE NOT BEEN
 SEALED BY THE ARCHITECT.
  
 6) THE MINIMUM ATTIC ACCESS SIZE IS 24"X
 36" PER 97SBC 2309.6.
  
 7) SAFETY GLASS IS REQUIRED IN THE
 WINDOWS IN THE MASTER BATH AND BATHROOM
 #2. GLASS IS REQUIRED TO PASS THE TEST
 REQUIREMENTS OF CPSC 16-CFR, PART 1201.
 97 SBC 2405.1
  
 8) PROVIDE MANUFACTURES' SPECIFICATIONS
 AND LISTING INFORMATION FOR THE PREFAB
 FIREPLACE AND FLUE PIPE.
 A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR GAS.
  
 9) TRUSS ENGINEER SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH
 CHIMNEY CONSTRUCTION DETAILS AND
 MOUNTING INFORMATION FOR A/C EQUIPMENT
 THAT WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM TRUSSES, SO
 THAT ADDITIONAL LOADS CAN BE ADDRESSED.
 TRUSS ENGINEER'S WRITTEN APPROVAL FOR
 THESE ITEMS WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE
 TRUSSES WILL BE APPROVED.
  
 10) PROVIDE CAP AND BASE DETAILS FOR
 STEEL COLUMNS.
  
 11) PLEASE CLARIFY IF THE ENTIRE ROOF
 SYSTEM IS BEING REPLACED OR NOT. PLEASE
 CLARIFY IF THE TWO CONNECTORS SPECIFIED
 ARE TO BE USED FOR ALL TRUSSES AND
 GIRDERS. PLEASE CHECK LATEST SIMPSON
 CATALOG FOR CORRECT NUMBER OF FASTENERS
 REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE THE LISTED ALLOWABLE
 LOADS.
  
 12) THE DEN/LIBRARY ON A-1 WHICH COULD
 BE USED AS A SLEEPING ROOM IS REQUIRED
 TO HAVE AN EGRESS WINDOW COMPLYING WITH
 97SBC 1005.4 OR IT CAN BE PERMANENTLY
 NOTED ON THE ORIGINAL DRAWINGS(NOT HAND
 WRITTEN) THAT THE ROOM SHALL NOT BE USED
 FOR SLEEPING PURPOSES.
  
 13) THE ARCHITECT DID NOT SIGN THE
 DESIGN CERTIFICATION FORMS. THIS
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO BE ON THE
 PLANS AND THE FORMS WILL NO LONGER BE
 ACCEPTED BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
  
 14) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
 OF ARCHES AT WINDOW OPENINGS.
  
 15) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - STRUCTRAL MULLIONS FOR IMPACT RATED
 ASSEMBLIES
 - FRONT DOOR ASSEMBLY
 - METAL SIDE SWING DOOR AT GARAGE
 - 12' & 18' SLIDING GLASS DOORS (THE
 ONE SUBMITTED IS FOR DOORS WITH A 9'
 MAXIMUM WIDTH.
